Heavy D would’ve celebrated his 45th birthday yesterday. And in his honor, Mt. Vernon honored the late rapper with his own day. Heav’s cousin, Pete Rock was in attendance and had this to say below: “He’s here with us,” Pete Rock told News 12. “There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. He was my best friend.”
