According to TMZ, 36 bags of heroin, ten pounds of marijuana, and a loaded gun were found on his tour bus during a search in Sierra Blanca, Texas.
Nelly and six others were detained until passenger Brian Keith Jones claimed the items were his. He was later taken into custody.
