The White House website just dropped President Obama’s Summer Spotify playlist for the second year in a row. Noticeably, Wale’s “LoveHate Thing” was the first track. Maybe this isn’t such a big deal; Wale already opened the State of the Union Address, and worked with the First Lady, but it’s still cool to see him get some more shine, alongside the likes of Nina Simone, Charles Mingus, Jay-Z and more.
