When L.A.-based label Top Dawg Entertainment (Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q) announced that their latest signee, 21-year-old Isaiah Rashad, is from Chattanooga, Tenn., everybody took note. We visited Rashad’s hometown to find out how the young MC caught the attention of the big dogs.
