Miley Cyrus switched her talents from twerking to toking at the European version of MTV’s VMAs, while she was accepting her award for best video (wrecking ball), she shocked everyone by lighting up a doobie on stage. The awards were in Amsterdam, so I doubt she’ll get in any kind of trouble.
