Birdman made absolutely sure that his daughter Bria Williams received a Sweet 16 celebration that will rival that of billionaires. It went down at the Bath Club in Miami this past weekend, complete with a golden cake, a new car matte black Mercedes G-Class truck and a personal birthday serenade from none other than Justin Bieber (below).
