Further proof that the D.C. area continues to make massive waves in Hip-Hop right now. This year, P.G. representers Rico Nasty and YBN Cordae following in the footsteps of Logic, Shy Glizzy and Wale by becoming the latest hometown heroes to make XXL’s coveted Freshman cover…they’re also joined by fellow Rap frontrunners Megan Thee Stallion, DaBaby, Gunna, Comethazine, Tierra Whack, Lil Mosey, Roddy Rich, Blueface and YK Osiris. Probably the strongest list we’ve seen from that magazine in a while.
