Dr. Dre Blasts Website For Claiming He Has A Mistress; Website Fires Back
So, apparently Dr. Dre didn’t like a post by TheDirty.com, who claimed that he was shacking with someone other than his wife:
Dr. Dre is a loving, monogamous husband who NEVER cheated on his wife with a big booty video vixen … this according to Dre’s VERY threatening lawyers.
The Doc’s legal team fired off a cease and desist letter [read here] — obtained by TMZ — to TheDirty.com … demanding it remove blog posts claiming Dre is plotting to leave his wife for model Kili Anderson.
The website even posted pics of a house they supposedly screwed in together, and a huge ring Dre allegedly gave her.
The Good Doctor says the stories are B.S. and he’s demanding The Dirty immediately 86 the posts and apologize … or else.
TheDirty.com has since fired back:
Dr. Dre’s attack against a big website may have backfired … the attorney for TheDirty.com fired off a letter [read here] to Dre saying what a big fan he is … and then lumping the legendary rapper in with the likes of OJ Simpson.
It’s actually pretty hysterical. A post on TheDirty claimed Dre — who is married — has been hooking up with a big booty video vixen.
Dre’s lawyer fired off a letter to TheDirty, and we’ve obtained the response from the website’s lawyer, and it’s priceless.
David Gingras, Esq., begins by saying, “Back in the ’80s I personally destroyed many subwoofers blasting N.W.A.’s ‘F**k Tha Police’ in my car in the high school parking lot.”
Gingras goes on to say what a fan he is … and then goes on a very sarcastic attack.
First, the lawyer challenges Dre’s claim that the story is false: “Bill Clinton and Monica what’s-her-name both denied having sexual relations. Of course, they were both lying. Same thing with Lance Armstrong.” And then he jokes, “Other than O.J. Simpson, who was clearly framed, history is filled with examples of people who make mistakes and lie about them to cover it up.”
The hired gun goes on and on, making jokes about people in Eastern Kentucky — “cue banjo music,” trashing a court decision from that region that makes it seem Dre has a case. The lawyer wrote, “If you believe the Kentucky court’s decision [it’s compelling] … I also have a fabulous ocean-front unicorn ranch here in Arizona that you might want to buy.”
Bottom line — TheDirty’s lawyer says the posts in question were comments from users, and the website isn’t responsible.
Lil Mama Hit With Lawsuit By Her Lawyer….And Loses

Lil Mama — the rapper behind the song “Lip Gloss” — just got destroyed in court … after pulling one of the dumbest moves ever … TMZ has learned.
Mama was sued by her lawyer — a guy who specializes in intellectual property — who claims he busted his butt to protect her rights to the name “Lil Mama.” Kind of an important guy in her life.
Problem is, the lawyer claims he worked for Mama until 2011 … but she stopped paying him in 2008. So, he did what lawyers do … he took her ass to court.
In the end, the rapper (who also starred as Left Eye in the recent TLC movie on VH1 — suffered an embarrassing and expensive defeat and was ordered to pony up roughly $18k for the bill, interest and other fees.
Moral of the story: don’t stiff your lawyer … idiot.
VIDEO: Justin Bieber’s Bodyguard Attacks Paparazzi In Australia
Live from the same place he recently tagged some hotel with his shitty graffiti. From TMZ:
Video has surfaced allegedly showing one of Justin Bieber’s bodyguards attacking a photog’s car in Australia … and it’s crazy.
The video was shot last night in Sydney. According to the photog, he was following Bieber’s car when it pulled over and one of the singer’s bodyguards hopped out, demanding the pap buzz off.
You can hear the heated exchange as the photog refuses to go anywhere — and then you can hear several loud banging noises. The photog says, “He just kicked the door.”
Justin is not visible in the video. The photog claims the man also knifed his tires, but you can’t see that in the clip.
Sources tell TMZ, the bodyguard in the video is the same bodyguard who allegedly attacked an Australian surfer the day before … for trying to take a photo of Bieber surfing.
Calls to Bieber’s camp weren’t returned.
Michael Jackson’s Estate Responds To Conrad Murray’s ‘Penis-Holding’ Claims
UPDATE: It looks like Mr. (or Dr., I don’t know) Murray might be getting pulled into a $30 million court battle over whether the King of Pop was a child molester.

The Michael Jackson Estate has had just about enough of Dr. Conrad Murray running his mouth — talking about things like how he used to hold MJ’s penis every night — and now it’s demanding he shut up once and for all … or face a lawsuit.
MJ Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman fired off a cease and desist letter to Murray earlier this week, writing, “Your recent comments to the media about Mr. Jackson’s medical treatment and ultimate death shamefully violate the physician-patient privilege under California law.”
He calls Murray a COWARD for attempting to use the media to defend himself … instead of testifying in court during his manslaughter trial.
If Murray keeps talking, Weitzman says the Estate will file suit — and will subsequently inform any medical board with which Murray attempts to obtain his medical license that he violates the doctor-patient privilege willy-nilly.
As we reported, Murray has been blabbing his big mouth all over the place … telling reporters all sorts of sordid details about MJ, like how the singer couldn’t hold in his pee while he was sleeping … and how he held MJ’s penis every night.
