Mally Mall is the latest artist to reveal a new collaboration he did with Chinx, who was tragically killed in New York. Check out ‘Freak, which also features Eric Bellinger and Too $hort below.

Rapper Too Short just got away with a crime that lands most people in jail … taking a loaded gun to an airport … then fleeing in his socks.
The rapper was at Burbank Airport Thursday when he put his bag on the conveyor belt, and as it rolled he realized there was a loaded gun inside. We’re told his reaction was immediately — GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE.
Problem is … Short’s wallet and shoes were also on the conveyor, so he left in his socks and without cash.
We’re told Too Short got in his car, drove off and called his lawyer and asked what to do. We’re told the lawyer told him to go on his merry way and that he’d clean up the mess.
So according to our sources … Short’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, went to Burbank Airport and convinced authorities to merely ticket his client for misdemeanor firearms possession and not arrest him.
Meanwhile … we’re told Too Short went to nearby Van Nuys Airport and took a private jet to SFO.

One of the best performances of the weekend was experimental artist Girl Talk, who brought to the stage Busta Rhymes, Juicy J, E-40 and Too $hort, keeping the stage anything other than dull. The full set is below, but you can check out some pic of what went down above.
The Game headlined this year’s Fresh Fest concert in L.A.’s Nokia Theatre last night, and much of the current West came out on stage along with him. Ja Rule would probably be the oddball of the equation, although it’s good to see the Murder Inc. emcee back at it. UPDATE: I guess Too $hort couldn’t get off that easy. TMZ is now reporting that yesterday (Friday), the West Coast rapper was formally charged with four misdemeanors: two counts of DUI, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of marijuana or an open container while driving. Could be worse.

Well….this is interesting. Even after trying to run from the cops (whether he’s telling the truth or not), it looks like Too $hort is going to be off the hook. From TMZ:
We’ve learned … the L.A. County District Attorney has REJECTED the felony drug case, because cops only found a very small amount of drugs — which they say is meth. Given that Short does not have a felony record, the D.A. decided not to prosecute and sent the case over to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor review.
We’re told the City Attorney will look at the case … probably next week.
FYI … Short insists he was not in possession of drugs, and whatever was found in the back of the cop car was left by the prior arrestee who involuntarily hitched a ride to the pokey.
