Black Milk – Album of The Year (Artwork)
T3 vs. PHAT KATT
This, to me, is everything but the final pin in the coffin. What an end to a legacy. Illseed has some interesting things to say about the beef as well:
LMAO! I find this quite humorous and sad at the same time. These dudes, if anybody, should find a way to stick together. Dilla and Baatin are probably rolling over right now! Nevertheless, support the album, because right now…we do this for Ma Dukes, who is Dilla’s mom! YO! This is what’s happening. Villa Manifesto is the new album from Slum, but something shady apparently happened. Seems like T-3 gave Elzhi the boot. I heard hexmurda and T-3 were twitter battling a while back, but they are both from Detroit! Anyway, uhh……this was announced earlier this year, but as I read up, I see this has been going on for a while. Hex, who is Elzhi’s manager, already announced that part. I guess from there, they took dude off the album and now its on! Illa J is in the group now and they are taking lil shot at each other via Twitter. Pause.

Clipse x L.A. Leakers – Got It For Leaks: The Audio-Biography (Mixtape)
We’ve actually posted videos of this…at first glance of the tracklisting, this looks like nothing more than a greatest hits mixtape, but not quite:
“Got It For Leaks: The Audio-Biography†is here! For those that don’t know, we do these projects called “audio-biographies†with artists which is basically a look behind the scenes of what went on making certain records. With this project, we sat down with the Clipse and they gave the history on some of their biggest records. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Thanks for taking the time to download! Shout to Steven Victor and Lulu! -@djsourmilk

Gangrene (Alchemist x Oh No) – Chain Swinging
From Nah Right:
Famed producer/emcee The Alchemist and left-coast rapper/beatsmith Oh No are collaborating as Gangrene to bring audiences their gritty opus Gutter Water this October on Decon Records. Over the course of three years and a myriad of emails, the two have built a project that celebrates their shared passion for dusty breaks and lurid wordplay as well as their distinctly different application of each.
Oh No and The Alchemist share production duties on Gutter Water, while trading verses over each others dense compositions. Both find themselves remarkably at ease amongst the threatening drums pounded out on endearing vintage equipment, flipping verses that run the gamut from literal to abstract, amounting to an incredible collection of head-nodders. Features include Raekwon, Guilty Simpson, Big Twins, Evidence, Roc C, MED, Twins Gambino, Planet Asia and Fashawn.
‘Chain Swinging’ is the first single from Gutter Water, on sale 9/12.
