Ihsan Bilal Central #2 (Or #3? No Matter…)

We were lucky enough to snag a gem (or four) from this artist (whose talent is absolutely undeniable…we posted a couple of songs from her before) while we were interviewing her for our soon-to-be-coming-up-next Inside The BOX. feature. Nothing really left to say but to check her music out (live if you can) and be on the lookout for her upcoming music. The movement continues.

Master of the Mix (Episode 4) Viewing In D.C.

The “Master of the Mix” DC Event Series made its fourth stop at Tabaq Bistro on historic U St. in Washington, DC on Wed, Nov 24th, 2010. The guest DJs were DJ Heat and DJ Trini, with resident DJ Stylus who rocked the party like no other! It was the day before Thanksgiving and quaint red room on the first floor was quickly filling up. The flashing lights were going off, and the Smirnoff cocktails were definitely making their way around the room. Episode 4 of “Master of the Mix” left you with your mouth open as DJ Mars ended up sitting down on the floor during his critique from the judges, as he did not agree with some of their comments. As a result, he was the DJ to leave the show and DJ Rap has another day to compete, along side Rich Medina, DJ Jazzy Joyce, DJ Scratch and Vikter Duplaix.
Thank you to our Community Partners for this week’s viewing: Elite DC Magazine & Bawsome.com!
The mini tour of the “Master of the Mix” DC Event Series of the viewing parties will take us to Bar 7 for Episode 5! Please make sure to RSVP at www.lilsoso.com and to drink your Smirnoff responsibly. See you on December 1st!
