T.Rone Feat. Juicy J, Jim Jones, Fat Joe & Raheem DeVaughn – Hello Love (Remix)

T.Rone

Aaaaaand now it makes sense: I’ve been hearing the original version of this song get played on Urban radio stations, and I’ve been trying to figure out why; there’s nothing special about the song in particular and it felt like they were trying to shove the music down our throats (which is, of course, what radio stations do nowadays, so no surprise).

Then I see that this artist not only has a remix featuring the above artists, but he is also now signed to Birdman. Got-dammit. You can check out the remix below if you dig it…..I’m still not feeling this song.

Black Milk – Computer Ugly Ugly/Why Worry

20130403-BLACKMILK

Check this out: Black Milk and illustrator Pen Taylor are collaborating on an instrumental/art series called Fuzz Freqs & Colors. The first volume of that series is called Synth Or Soul, which drops April 20th, and the below double blend is the first offering from that project.

IF you dig it (which you should), you can preorder Synth Or Soul here (the link also shows the tracklisting, breakdown of the collaboration, etc.). The urban art culture is so active right now.

Bangladesh On Working With Lil’ Kim: “I Don’t Think It’s Gonna Work Out”

You can read the clip’s synopsis below, but the most interesting part of this interview comes from when Bangladesh was asked about working with Lil’ Kim (he doesn’t think ‘it’s going to work out’). From Young Hollywood Atlanta:

The musical genius/Grammy Winning Producer Bangladesh held a press conference this past week. And told Elite Magazine by Y.H.A and YoungHollywoodAtlanta.com all about why he used the name Ponzi Scheme for his latest project. He address the rumors in reference to working with Lil Kim on her up and coming project. We asked him about the artist (Fast Life),and Bangladesh also let us into his personal life.
