Multiple reports are saying that Texas woman Shannon Richardson, 35, is being charged with two counts of mailing a threatening communication and one count of making a threat against the president of the United States, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas said in a news release. It has also been said that she tried to pin charges on her then-husband.
