TMZ Reports :

U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman just announced the 39-count indictment, claiming Teresa and her hubby massively defrauded the IRS as well as several banks between 2001-2008.

According to the U.S. Attorney, the Giudices conspired to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overestimating their incomes in order to get more money.

The Giudices also allegedly withheld vital information about their net worth from a U.S. bankruptcy trustee after filing for Chapter 7 in 2009 — including Teresa’s true income from the reality show.

As for tax evasion, Joe is accused of failing to file income tax returns for the years 2004-2008, during which he allegedly earned $1 million.

All told, the Giudices were hit with 39 charges — including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, which carries a max prison sentence of 20 years, and bank fraud, which carries a max of 30 years. The remaining charges carry the possibility of even more prison time.

Neither Teresa nor Joe has been arrested, but they’re both due in court Tuesday morning in Jersey.

A rep for Bravo had no comment.

NFL Teams Might Check Prospects’ Tattoos For Gang Ties

Aaron

CBS News Reports:

CBS Sports reports that teams may have police experts look at NFL hopefuls’ tattoos after there was concern Hernandez’s tattoos were gang-related.

“Spoke (with) longtime NFL personnel man who said in wake of Aaron Hernandez teams may use police experts to check prospects tattoos,” CBS Sports columnist Bruce Feldman posted on Twitter.

Earlier this month, the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office said it appears Hernandez’s multiple tattoos show no sign of gang affiliations.

“We always take extra precautions. We don’t have any definite issues at this point, but we’re still being very cautious,” Sheriff Thomas Hodgson told the Boston Herald.

Hernandez denies having any ties to gangs.

“He talked to our gang investigators and said he didn’t have any involvement,” Hodgson told the Herald.

The former New England Patriots tight end has pleaded not guilty to murder in the shooting death of Odin Lloyd, a Boston semi-professional football player. Hernandez’s legal team says the case against him is circumstantial and that he wants to clear his name. He is being held at a county jail.

RJD2 – “Her Majesty’s Socialist Request” (A Brief Review)

RJD2 started as a well-known producer (and then later a solo artist) best known for his work with artists like Murs, El-P and Aesop Rock. Oh yeah and the theme song from “Mad Men” . Anyways,  it has been three years since his last solo album and RJ is returning with a new LP. Similar to some of his earliest three albums, More Is Than Isn’t will be mostly instrumentals, occasionally features vocals from artists like Aaron Livingston (his bandmate in Icebird) and rappers Blueprint and Phonte. “Her Majesty’s Socialist Request” is the first single, and aside from some strange instrumentation and drum patterns, it is clearly RJD2, that is to say, it is funky, original and very listenable despite being an instrumental.  Purchase here

Chief Keef & Lil Durk Beefing?

chief-keef-tadoe

Vlad TV reports:

The first signs of the beef came when Chief Keef tweeted at Durk, “What happen to OTF? U ain’t rocking with it?”

Two days later, Durk responded with several tweets and retweets of his own.

“Dats like praying on DA weak lol we got DA city #OTF300,” tweeted Durk.

Despite his anger, however, Durk made it clear he doesn’t intend on starting a GBE vs. OTF war. The underlying reason for the beef is so far unknown, but it definitely only involves Chief Keef.

“S/o to @lilreese300 and @fredosantana300 for bin 100 and not #fufu #squaaaaaad,” tweeted Durk.

During the exchange of tweets, Atlanta rapper and GBE enemy Soulja Boy somehow got mixed up in everything as well. Durk warned that this beef wouldn’t be so tame, since he’s no Soulja Boy.

“Warning, I’m not #souljaboy dis sh*t can get ugly,” tweeted Durk.

And if cooler heads cannot prevail, the beef may very well get ugly. Keef and Durk both spoke of guns in their exchange of tweets, expressing their willingness to turn things violent.

“How many guns dese f**k n*ggas gone make me grab?” tweeted Keef.
