I guess it’s real. SB put his heart on his sleeve by getting permanent ink in honor of his gyal Nicki Minaj (above). Can’t really be mad.
I also saw another image of Nicki Minaj on what was said to be SB’s arm, but looking at the above image, I’m not so sure that was him.
