Lil Kim gave birth to a baby girl named Royal Reign on Monday morning at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. Royal Reign is a healthy 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and is 19.5 inches long. No official pictures have been release of her baby yet but when they do will have them for y’all.
