On tomorrow, Anwan “Big G” Glover’s collaboration with Ewing Athletics (a fresh, chrome-styled take on the Ewing 33 Hi which you can see below) will officially be released in various DTLR locations. Tonight, the D.C. Go-Go legend will celebrate the shoes’ release with a massive celebration as can be seen above — Backyard Band and UCB will be performing at Club XO well into Friday morning.
Despite the bulls*** that took place today, it can’t be denied that D.C. has had a big year in regards to many of its artists and creatives. Big G is definitely at the top of that list.
