You see it. D.C.’s own WillThaRapper has become the latest Hip-Hop artist to ink a big record deal — this go ’round, with Republic Records…the opportunity presumably stems from the success of Will’s breakout track ‘Pull Up Hop Out’, as well as a slew of consistent releases and features after.
