Isaiah Rashad Feat. Jay Rock & ScHoolboy Q – Shot You Down (Remix)

TDE-full-pic

This remix is pretty dope (check it out below), but that’s not what got my attention: in the remix, ScHoolboy Q can be heard rapping this line:

“I’m tired of answering questions why oxymoron delayed/ See I was thinking November, but January is sweet,”

With his single ‘Collard Greens’ making respectable waves, I can certainly hope for the best and far as the top of the year is concerned.

The below excerpt is taken from a recent interview with The Huffington Post. I do hope we hear the song in question soon.

One particular track off the album that has piqued fans’ interest is, “Sinatra In The Sands,” featuring Justin Timberlake and Jay Z. What was the recording process like?
Excitement… Excitement to work and be in the place that we’re all are at, musically. Those are the guys who lasted the test of time, and those guys are at the top of their game. They’re just company to be in. So that’s the whole vibe of that. And of course the title says it all.

Lyrically, where are you taking fans on the track?
More like from a musician’s stand point, someone who’ve been around. Because Sinatra has been around and he has a long, long standing with the stage and the audience for years. And he evolved. His talent got better just like wine. And I think that’s something a lot of people want to achieve. So that’s what this song is really about. Striving to be the best you, like Sinatra had become.

LMAO: Don’t Drake & Drive (Video)

More hilarity from A Squeezy.

We’ve all come across the picture on instagram, twitter and facebook all thanks to Meek Mill’s repost, but don’t you all want to know what really happened to arnstagram1?? Well he linked up with UK rapper DVS to show us all why it’s not safe to Drake and drive especially when you’ve still got hidden feelings for your ex.

Teen Reportedly Had Dead Baby In A Victoria’s Secret Bag At NYC

NBC New York reports:

A 17-year-old girl was caught shoplifting at the Herald Square Victoria’s Secret with a dead baby in her bag Thursday afternoon, the NYPD says.

A security guard at the 34th Street store pulled aside the girl and her 17-year-old friend under suspicion of shoplifting about 1:30 p.m. The guard got a whiff of a strong odor coming from the girl’s bag and found the body when he looked inside. The baby didn’t have signs of trauma, sources said. An autopsy on the baby was inconclusive pending further study, according to the medical examiner.

The girl told police that she was about 6 months pregnant and miscarried the baby Wednesday. Police haven’t charged her with any crime in relation to the child, but she and her friend are both charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

One of the girl’s Brooklyn neighbors, Ricardo Salazar, said she didn’t even know the girl was pregnant until police officers interviewed him Thursday.

“They asked me if I had seen a lump or if she was recently was pregnant and I told them ‘I couldn’t really tell,’ because she was always a little heavy” he said. “But in a way, I guess she was.”

The girl, who has another child, was taken to Bellevue Hospital for evaluation.
