“Will Calls (Marfa Demo)” – Grizzly Bear
“Will Calls (Marfa Demo)” – Grizzly Bear
Very impressed with this new Grizzly Bear single. A surprisingly bluesy ending too… “Will Calls” is supposed to be a bonus track on the reissue of their 2012 critically acclaimed album, [Shields]. …Which I must admit myself, is a very good album. …I gave in and got the vinyl for myself when I ordered a few for the store. …The song “Gun-Shy” is too dope! smh
Anyways, posted the new song “Will Calls”, as well as a few of my favorite song’s from the [Shields] album. Enjoy…

Watch the best cover of Chance The Rapper’s “Cocoa Butter Kisses” ever…
Watch the best cover of Chance The Rapper’s “Cocoa Butter Kisses” ever…
Yo this is probably the first time I’ve actually highlighted a YouTube cover, but this one is necessary. 15yr old singer Jessica Hoyle wore that track out….
Yo, no lie… I was grinnin’ the whole time. haha. …The girl is talented. And choosing to cover this, and cover it so well, was pure genius. #CareerMove
…Such a sick tone & delivery. Just as tricky as Chance‘s. (ergo why this cover was so dope). Must be a Chicago thing.. But either way. Back to the song. …Maaan, when she sings that first “I miss my cocoa butter kisses”, (smh) …you know it’s real! haha… lol
Beautiful voice. Great find. …And beyond the covers, her original work is just as good if not better. Sings, song writes, and plays… Way better quality then you’d expect. #SuperImpressive
… Jessica Hoyle may be an amateur now, but I would NOT be surprised if you hear her name down the road… Had to post. “Cocoa Butter Kisses” – Jessica Hoyle (Chance The Rapper Cover). Enjoy…

BONUS: Between this chick voice, her delivery, and her outstanding songwriting ability… she’s gonna make some record company a lot of money. That I grantee.
Yo this chick is super cute. lol No way she isnt ready made for the spotlight. Justin Bieber eat your heart out. (shrugs) …idk I just wanted to say that. No but seriously though. She’s American heart throb material. Just image what she would sound like in a studio… smh
RANDOM: This just reminded me of an early homemade Childish Gambino video he did in his room with his friend playing guitar in the background. Super dope video (and song) actually. Had to revisit. Wanted to share with you guys.

Jay Z & Beyonce (Allegedly) Fired Their Bodyguard For “Freaky” Behavior
AllHipHop reports:
Jay Z and Beyonce may have fired their bodyguard for some of his activities with a prostitute, according to a recent report.
Rumors had been circulating, but now mainstream publications have confirmed that Norman Oosterbroek hired a hooker while in service of the super star couple, which reportedly horrified them. Oosterbroek would also protect their daughter Blue Ivy as well.
Additionally, the pair allegedly discovered that Norman used their passport in a lewd manner, the New York Daily News reports.
“Beyoncé and Jay Z were furious when they found out,” said a source of the Daily News. “They trusted Norman with their lives and then he went and did some pretty freaky things, and on video with a hooker. They were outraged.”
The incident happened last year, according to reports and Oosterbroek was fired.
“They really thought Norman was now a danger to Blue Ivy,” says the source. “From what I understand he was devastated, because a lot of people in the industry knew that he couldn’t be trusted and not to hire him.”
After being fired, Oosterbroek became deeply depressed and allegedly began using drugs heavily.
The 6-foot 5-inch behemoth was slain by police last month in Miami for allegedly fighting neighbors while on drugs.

Beyonce’s Ex-Boyfriend Must Be Looking For A Reality Show
From Drew Reports:
Beyonce’s longtime childhood ex-boyfriend Lyndall spoke to The UK Sun recently about their past relationship and how he came to lose her as the years went on. Aside from the fact that he cheated on her, Lyndall spoke to The Sun about how they agreed to take a break so that he could go to culinary school, but she eventually wound up moving on with her life with Jay Z by her side. Lyndall currently works as a chef in Houston now, and stated that he still loves Beyonce and believes that she too, still loves him.
Check out the interview he had with The Sun below:
On their relationship back then:
“Beyonce was the love of my life and I was hers, so losing her is still my biggest regret. She would say to me all the time, ‘I’m afraid to ever live my life without you Lyndall, I want you to be mine for ever’.On meeting Beyonce through Kelly Rowland when he was 13 and she was 11:
“From the first time I saw Beyonce I couldn’t take my eyes off of her. She looked like an angel, the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. We’d hang out after school and almost every night we’d fall asleep talking to each other on the phone.”On their first kiss:
“It was just after Beyonce’s 15th birthday. I surprised her with Brian McKnight concert tickets and it happened that night. I had got popcorn and as we were sitting in our seats I dropped it. As we both went down to grab it we bumped heads, and locked into our first kiss.
We both just looked at each other realizing there was this incredible spark of fireworks between us. That was the first feeling of true love between me and Beyonce.
SMACK Bans Math Hoffa From URL League For Punching Serius Jones During Rap Battle (Video)
The video of the fight that took place is above. Taken from HipHopDX, where you can read more on the story (SMACK’s full video blog can be found below as well):
SMACK, co-founder and host of SMACK/URL, recently addressed the fight between Math Hoffa and Serius Jones, which took place at this year’s “Summer Madness 3.”
“I just want all the fans to know that we don’t condone that type of behavior here at the URL,” SMACK said in the video blog. “We don’t support it in no way, shape or form. At this point forward, as it stands right now, Math is definitely, definitely banned from the URL and won’t be able to participate in none of the URL events, just due to the situation that happened and the liability that it may bring to our business. It’s unfortunate because that’s my brother at the end of the day. I don’t hate Math. I just hate what he did. You gotta definitely hold your emotions, when we performing.
“This is a league,” SMACK continued. “This is an art form. When you’re a battle rapper, you’re supposed to be professional. I know things can get kinda real frustrating at times when you’re up there, but that’s part of the sport and if you can’t handle a punchline or a character of an opponent that you battling, then you really don’t need to be battling on URL or anywhere on anybody’s stage because that conduct is definitely not going to be acceptable to the fans or to the world.”
