Footage Of DMX Passing Out In Cop Car During DUI Arrest
It’s not just the fact that he was falling in and out of sleep that makes this so damning, either. From TMZ:
[DMX] was popped in South Carolina around 3AM Friday after police determined he had been driving under the influence.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether X was busted for alcohol or some other substance — but based on the dash cam footage, it appears to have been for alcohol … and not just because X was a little sleepy.
In the footage, the cop asks X if he’s been boozing, and X says he had one drink — but later it sounds like he admits to drinking “4 or 5” (the audio is pretty bad). Despite the drinks, X insists he’s not too drunk to drive. The cop doesn’t buy it.
X was booked for DUI and hauled to a nearby station. He was released from custody roughly an hour later.

I was wondering where the comments that Jay-Z made about Harry Belafonte in a recent interview were coming from……this is what he told the Hollywood Reporter:
THR: Are you happy with the image of members of minorities in Hollywood today?
Belafonte: Not at all. They have not told the history of our people, nothing of who we are. We are still looking. We are not determinated. We are not driven by some technology that says you can kill Afghans, the Iraqis or the Spanish. It is all — excuse my French — shit. It is sad. Now, he has stated in a new interview with MSNBC (where he appeared to speak on the Dream Defenders movement, as well as Florida’s Stand Your Ground law) that he would like to meet with the Hip-Hop couple to speak on the disconnect.

Nicki Minaj (Reportedly) Files Restraining Order Against DJ Khaled After Marriage Proposal
This is coming from Hip-Hop 365; I won’t know if this is true or not until we receive confirmation from the actual artist(s) (and I’m leaning toward it not being so — just look at the above picture), but for now…..let’s just bask in the hilarity of this as if it were true:
As if this story couldn’t get any more bizarre, just one day after DJ Khaled embarrassed himself by broadcasting a wedding proposal to Nicki Minaj, the Young Money super star has responded by reportedly filing a restraining order in the state of New York, where she resides. According to Reports, this isn’t the first time Khaled has professed his infatuation with Nicki, the DJ has allegedly sent Nicki flowers in the past, as well as random packages, and constantly shows up to her concerts all across the country, according to the report.
But with all the random stuff that comes from YMCMB, we wouldn’t be surprised if this was some sort of publicity stunt from both sides.
Nicki has yet to come out to respond to the awkward video or restraining order publicly.
I just thought about something — I wonder how Scaff Beezy took the proposal?
