Elliphant (@ElliphantMusic) – Music Is Life
Check out this Pop-ish new joint from Stockholm artist Elliphant:
Sounding like the twisted illegitimate offspring of MIA and Diplo – as deliciously fierce as the former but as intelligently playful as the latter – Elliphant pulls the balls of this dancehall slayer through its own throat and ties them in a cherry knot the other side.
Ellinor Olovsdotter slowly morphed into Elliphant through the course of a long (and lost) summer travelling in the UK with only a dubstep soundsystem for company. After falling in love with the urban music sounds of London she returned home to Stockholm, on Sweden’s East Coast, boasting sizzling MC skills and some serious lyrical prowess.
Now, having already won over the likes of Dazed & Confused [“all abstract lyrcisms and cheap dirty beats”], NME “[amazing'”], Pitchfork “[Elliphant sound like nothing but the future”] and the Guardian [“strangely captivating”] from afar’, Elliphant is preparing a return to these shores.

UPDATE: I missed this, but Pap did call into Hot 97 for a humorous interview (check that out below)
According to the recent episode of Hot 97’s ‘The Realness’, Ebro calls out the usual reporter of this section of the show for Papoose somehow making it on the show. As it turns out, Kendrick Lamar and his folks are responsible for Papoose getting on the stage, and Rosenberg knew about it (Papoose and Kay Slay actually looked out for the TDE family for a while).

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy
Amid the rumors surrounding Beyonce’s pregnancy, Savannah Guthrie asked the singer point-blank on ‘Today’ if she was with child. While Bey didn’t deny the reports upfront, she’s been on a social media mission to prove she’s not expecting!
“I would be remiss if I didn’t give you a chance to dispel any rumors if you were expecting,” Savannah asked the R&B superstar.
“What kind of rumor, huh? I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Beyonce said as she laughed off the question.

Ke$ha Doesn’t Regret Drinking Her Own Urine
Get More:
Music News
From MTV:
Before the premiere of “My Crazy Beautiful Life,” unrepentant star Ke$ha promised that her MTV docu-series wouldn’t be sanitized, proudly proclaiming it would feature “everything from breakdowns to triumphs and make outs and mornings after.”
Of course, she forgot to mention the part where she drank her own pee. But that scene — featured in the show’s fifth episode — certainly caught the attention of groups like the Parents Television Council, who branded it “disgusting” and “vile.” So now, with “My Crazy Beautiful Life’s” six-episode run over, we had to ask … does Ke$ha have any regrets about the stuff we saw on screen?
You can probably guess her answer.
“No. I know you want me to say I wish I didn’t drink my pee, but I’m happy I did,” Ke$ha told MTV News. “I don’t go online because it gives me anxiety. I know everyone’s always talking about ‘How dare I fill-in-the-blank.’ [But] It’s my pee!”
It is indeed. And though all six eps of “My Crazy Beautiful Life” have aired, when Ke$ha stopped by MTV to premiere her new “Crazy Kids” video last week, we couldn’t help but notice that she brought her brother — and documentarian — Lagan along with her. And, yes, he was filming.

Miley Cyrus – We Can’t Stop
Saw this in my email, kept it moving. Saw it again — this time, saw that Mike Will Made It produced it — decided to take a listen (sorry, it’s the bias in me). It’s actually pretty good, and is actually a good sign of what will come with her upcoming album.
Thank Ryan Seacrest for the world premiere.
