Blige, & Young Jeezy), and Midi Mafia (Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Justin
Bieber, & 50 cent) on a Mixtape titled, Will I. E., (as in the example). He describes this body of work as an album where each record is like a snapshot of his life, an example to live by. “I want to set an example, not only for the people around me but also for people who may be in the same situation…setting an example for where hip hop needs to go back to. The Example will be released this summer.

Hey DMV, Free Raheem DeVaughn Concert

The Embassy of Indonesia will host Indonesia Festival 2011, this Saturday on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. This FREE event will offer guests the opportunity to sample traditional Indonesian cuisine, dance, music and martial arts. GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ will be on hand to witness Maestro Daeng Udjo lead an ensemble, comprised of 5,000 attendees, in the world’s largest angklung (bamboo musical instrument) performance in history. In addition, the festival will feature special performances by Raheem DeVaughn.
North Lawn of the Washington Monument, near 15th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, on Washington D.C.’s National Mall.
