Adidas: Kanye West Is Cool, But We’ll Pass On Kim Kardashian

Grand Opening of RYU Restaurant - Inside

From Belfast Telegraph:

Kim Kardashian won’t be joining forces with Adidas, alongside Kanye West’s new line.

The TV star’s fiancé Kanye West apparently suggested the partnership to the sports giant, who allegedly declined.

Kanye, 36, has just signed a big money deal with the brand, and thought it would be a good idea for Kim to bring out a women’s line to run alongside his own designs.

“Kanye suggested the idea but Adidas declined. So he’ll have to make do with just one range in the family.

“He’s thinking of having Kim model his gear when it eventually comes out,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

Kanye’s collaboration with Adidas comes after his failed partnership with rival sports brand Nike.

Supra Skytop IV (Review)

Supra introduces their fourth installment of the Skytop for Chad Muska, which was released on Black Friday and sold out the same day. The Skytop has always been  known as skate sneaker but the Skytop IV has crossed over to a high fashion sneaker. Chad Musha had this to say about the Skytop IV below:

“The Skytop IV is something completely new,” “It’s pushing footwear design into the future, it’s merging worlds, and different genres—it’s high fashion meets high performance athletic footwear. We really wanted to create a shoe that you could go skate with the homies in, then come home, put a fresh pair on, and go out at night in—one to skate, one to chill.”

The new installment of the Skytop comes with a tall tongue with ribbed padding and heel inset, durable red heel pull, padded red and grey mesh lining, a lightweight, black SUPRAFOAM midsole with a rigid heel accent and unique sidewall. The Skytop also comes with a translucent rubber outsole and a black TPR inset pad that is removable.

I got my pair a few days before Thanksgiving. As fan of the series since the Skytop II’s, I really love the new design. The IV’s remind me of one of my personal favorites, the Nike Air Yeezy 2. These shoes are also very comfortable…if you can get your hands on a pair you should cop them.

The Red Skytop IV will be released at fine Supra retailers worldwide and SupraFootwear.com on December 24 (Christimas Eve in the US).
