If you wondered what happened to CyHi, here is your answer. The talented Southern MC addresses Kanye and the Def Jam label about getting “put on the shelf.” DC born-and-bred producers Best Kept Secret sampled Cage The Elephant for this amazing banger.

ManMan Savage – Trap House Closed
In April, Future filmed his “Trap N***as” video in an East Atlanta trap house known as “The Zoo.” After the video was filmed (but before it was released) the house was raided by Dekalb County police. All occupants except ManMan Savage were arrested. Later, after some, like Key! were released, Savage sifted through the wreckage and announced the end of “The Zoo.”

Juicy J ft. G.O.D – Breathe (Video)
This might be one of the first times in a while that I’ve heard Juicy J get conscious or political on a record. The Memphis veteran has always been a well-spoken, talented artist, but his music isn’t known for themes like this. That changes today with his song “Breath” featuring G.O.D and produced by 808 Mafia. J and G.O.D address police brutality, violence and racism over a catchy trap beat. Worldstar had the video exclusive. Juicy J and Three 6 used to talk a lot about police corruption back when Project Pat was locked up. More music like this, please.
2 Chainz – Watch Out (Prod. by FKi)
2 Chainz drops the first single from his upcoming Trap-A-Velli 3 mixtape, “Watch Out,” produced by FKi. Trap-A-Velli 2 was my favorite back in 2010 and what helped get “Tity Boi” into the spotlight. Has it really been that long?
