Trae Tha Truth releases his new record with Troy Ave & Problem off his forthcoming project. Produced by Cardiak.
P-Wild – Man Of The Year
P-Wild jumps on ScHoolboy Q’s record and reminds you why he is the ‘Man Of The Year’ . In related news, Slutty Boyz Da New Kool is set to drop tomorrow for #SluttySaturdays…you can check out the tracklisting for that below the audio.
Travi$ Scott – Untitled
Reports are calling this new track ‘1975’, although Travi$ Scott is stating that the song doesn’t even have a title yet. With that said, check out the radio rip of some new music from the Houston producer/artist.
James Fauntleroy – CPR
This sounds like every bit the Justin Timberlake track that he would have written for. Slightly-unplugged R&B with a commercial (or folk) “pop” to it.
Mike Delinquent Project – Rollers 1 (EP)
Mike Delinquent arrives with his first instrumental EP for 4 years in the form of ‘Rollers #1’.
The title of the EP says it all! 3 rolling instrumentals from the MDP to support the release of ‘Tension’ featuring Terri Walker, forthcoming on Champion Records.
It’s been a fantastic 2014 so far for the MDP. He continues to hold down his Saturday night slot on Kiss Fresh, as well as collaborating with Wiley and performing live alongside Ms Dynamite & EZ at various venues.
Mike’s previous remix credits include Usher, Ms Dynamite, Wretch 32, Ciara ft Missy, and Timbaland & Magoo spanning over a 12 year career. Previously part of Delinquent, he burst into the national charts with “My Destiny” ft Kcat. (Top 20)
Fresh from his collab with Wiley “Wiggle”, Mike goes for some sounds slightly different of the Garage vibe he’s used to delivering, and kicks off this EP offering with the house influenced “I Am 808”.
“I Am 808” pays tribute to the drum machine which has given dance music many anthems. Look out for the soulful breakdown too.
“Anything” lends itself to Nu Skool 2step with Mike’s signature style of the ‘chop up’ vocal also a feature.
The EP is complete with an 8-Bar Grime instrumental “Van Damme Riddim”, the heaviest of the 3 tracks & definitely something for the lovers of Grime.
Young Thug – Chickens (Tags)
In a leak from DJ Iceberg’s latest mixtape, Young Thug goes in over a London on the Track production, switching flows and modulating his voice in ways only he could…

UPDATE: Young Dolph – Cross Country Trappin’ (No DJ Mixtape)
UPDATE: Live Mixtapes has the tag-less version.
Young Dolph and DJ Holiday drop the short (10 track) compilation tape Cross Country Trappin’, a prelude to High Class Street Music 4 (American Gangster). The tape features appearances from Gucci, the Migos, Paul Wall, Young Thug and 2 Chainz with production from KE, C4, Zay and Metro. This one was very much hit-or-miss. Tracks like “Put Your Hands Up” with Gucci Mane and Young Thug manage to stay captivating for over five minutes while Dolph struggles on his feature-less tracks (Like the intro.)
Tiara Thomas – Money Don’t Change (Prod. by Boi-1da)
Tiara Thomas releases her new single “Money Don’t Change” which is produced by Boi-1da. I presume that this track will appear on her upcoming album.
Video: “Hideaway” – Kiesza
Dope. Favorite video for the past 3 months straight. A debut effort by Canadian singer Kiesza, and it already has well over 3 million views. …#dope!
Gotta love the rawness of the video. They did it all in one take, and without a film permit. haha …Too dope. Just watch all the people in the background recording with their iPhones
Really though, It’s fun to watch. A must listen. And it will get stuck in your head. So check it out.
“Hideaway”, by Kiesza. Enjoy…

Plies Feat. August Alsina – Jump
This is pretty much the kind of music that made Plies a star in the first place, so don’t be surprised if this August Alsina-hit ends up all over national urban radio.
Steve Aoki Feat. Waka Flocka Flame – Rage The Night Away
Continuing further into EDM culture, Waka Flocka joins Steve Aoki for his latest release from the forthcoming project Neon Future. I would imagine that this single was birthed during last year’s tour together.
J Dilla – Give Em What They Want
Some good news: J Dilla’s estate (through imprint Pay Jay) is dropping an EP — Give ‘Em What They Want — on May 6th. And if you notice above (the second picture helps), the vinyl release will be clear.
