Here’s the first single/title track from Lyriciss’s upcoming debut album, The Balance. Grussle is on the beat, Lyriciss on the bars. This song embodies the mindstate , he was in while writing this album…reflecting on his position in the hip-hop rat race, his personal life, and those around him while dealing with it all.

MLK Memorial (Update)

The Washington, DC Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation’s leadership today announced the ceremonial dedication of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial will be held on Sunday, October 16. The Dedication program will begin at 9 a.m. in West Potomac Park. President Barack Obama, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, members of the King Family, and civil rights leaders are expected to participate.

DJ David Guetta Beats Headphones MIXR

Grammy-Award winning, and perennial DJ Mag Top 5 DJ David Guetta premiered is launching his new “Mixr” line of DJ-friendly headphones under prominent electronics company Beats by Dre. Beats by Dre was founded by rapper Dr. Dre, and Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman Jimmy Iovine back in 2008. Guetta joins the likes of P. Diddy, Bono, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Lebron James all of whom have designed their own lines of headphones for Beats byDre. The official press conference was held in the Soho House Berlin, and followed by an official after party at the luxurious Spindler and Klatt nightclub, where Guetta played his first set to 1,500 fans with his new headphones.
