Her father and former manager, Mathew Knowles, got married last Sunday. His representative told The Associated Press on Friday that he has wed former model Gena Charmaine Avery in Houston, Texas. The pair had been engaged for a year and a half.
The 48-year-old Avery is a realtor. The 61-year-old Knowles guided his daughter to superstardom with the group Destiny’s Child and later in her solo career; she released her father as her manager in 2011.
Knowles, head of Music World Entertainment, still manages several gospel acts including Grammy-winner Le’Andria Johnson.

A recent episode of “LHH: ATL” aired showing Kirk cheating on his wife Rasheeda with TWO other women in a hot tub. FYI — Rasheeda is 7 months pregnant.
Nicki (a HUGE “LHH” fan) was pissed by the public display of douche-baggery and took to Twitter, writing, “Damn my n***a, after 15 yrs u wld embarrass the mother of your child while she’s pregnant on nat’l tv like that? cornballs on deck.”
She added, “And I dare u to say it ain’t none of my business. U done sold it to vh1. It’s everybody business.”
But rather than try and makes excuses, Kirk tells TMZ he knows he acted like a terrible person, telling us, “Nicki Minaj is a woman and she was speaking about me doing inappropriate things. I can’t fault her for that. Every woman in America who watched felt the way Nicki did.”
Kirk adds, “Not only was doing it on the show inappropriate … but it was inappropriate period. And I hurt my wife.”

Two people died and dozens more were unaccounted for after a Boeing 777 from South Korea crashed Saturday upon landing at San Francisco’s airport, sending up a huge fireball, shedding its tail and spinning before screeching to a stop.
Asiana Airlines Flight 214 left Seoul’s Incheon International Airport earlier Saturday, according to FlightAware, a website that offers tracking services for private and commercial air traffic. An airline spokesman in Seoul told CNN that 291 passengers and 16 staff members were aboard when it crashed around 11:30 a.m. (2:30 p.m. ET).
Two people have died, San Francisco Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White said.
“Upwards of approximately 60 people” are unaccounted for, the chief said.
At least 130 others are being treated, or will soon be treated, at nine Bay Area hospitals, Hayes-White said around 4:10 p.m.
Eight injured adults and two children at San Francisco General Hospital are in critical condition, said San Francisco General Hospital spokeswoman Rachael Kagan.
Authorities warned the numbers of dead, injured and unaccounted for at San Francisco International Airport could change in the coming hours. First responders have gone on the plane “doing search and rescue attempts,” Hayes-White said.
“This is still a fluid and active scene,” Mayor Edwin Lee told reporters.

Prosecutors allege that Phat was killed in a murder-for-hire plot for stealing 10 pounds of marijuana from San Francisco State University point guard Decensae White and suspected Bang Get Money (BGM) gang affiliate Gary “El Dorado Red” Bradford.
The two are said to have hired fellow BGM member Deandre Washington and alleged getaway driver Maurice Conner for $10,000 to murder Phat.
Apparently, Washington and Conner were able to locate Phat at the hospital were he was killed by tracking his car’s GPS. The coordinates were allegedly given to them by Mani Chulpayev, an ex-member of the Russian mafia, who rented the vehicle to Phat…
Bradford’s lawyers argued that he was not associated with a gang. He is just a rapper who only uses violent imagery in his music. They also said he suffers from autism.
White is currently out on bond. Chulpayev, Bradford, and Washington were denied bond and remain in the Fulton County jail. Maurice Conner is in jail in Alabama.

A 200-person party hosted by local rapper Teyana Taylor in Morningside Park descended into chaos late yesterday — leaving one cop hurt and a reveler under arrest, police said. The crowd gathered at around 9 p.m. at West 120th Street and Morningside Avenue and quickly got out of hand, party-goers said on Facebook. “It’s like LA . . . after a riot out here . . . Police everywhere. Helicopters in the sky. Madness,” Aaron Rose posed. The mob first occupied the park, then moved to the West Side Highway and attempted to climb the fences of Riverbank State Park. A Housing sergeant injured his shoulder trying to quell the crowd, and a 14-year-old was arrested for firing a gun into the air, police said. The NYPD press office had no information about any of this when called, which isn’t to say it isn’t true, just that the Post appears to be the only one reporting it. According to the tabloid, “The mob first occupied the park, then moved to the West Side Highway and attempted to climb the fences of Riverbank State Park. A Housing sergeant injured his shoulder trying to quell the crowd, and a 14-year-old was arrested for firing a gun into the air.” We can confirm a heavy police presence and NYPD helicopters lighting up the park last night around 9 p.m. But all the FDNY could tell us was that they responded to one call to the park shortly before 8 p.m.—to assist a woman who was having an asthma attack. As for the park’s conditions today, the Friends of Morningside Park are up in arms, calling the mess “UNACCEPTABLE” via Twitter and cc’ing Teyana Taylor on multiple tweets.

When Daphne learned that she was pregnant, she and 50 agreed that it was in SIRE’S BEST INTEREST – for the young man to stay out of the public. 50 agreed to provide OVER AND ABOVE what a court would ORDER him to pay in child support, and Daphne agreed to keep SIRE out of the public eye. 50, being the shrewd businessman that he is – even had Daphne SIGN LEGAL PAPERWORK agreeing to keep Sire out of the public.
To ensure that his new son was living well, 50 purchased a CONDO in HIS name (more on that later) and furnished it with furniture that HE BOUGHT FOR THE CONDO (more on that too). He allowed Daphne to move in and her mother too, so that they could raise Sire in a comfortable manner. 50 has been in Sire’s life SINCE BIRTH – he is a beautiful boy, we’ve seen pics. But we’re not gonna publish them here, because we’re not trying to disrespect 50s wishes for his child.
Yesterday reports came out that 50 Cent ASSAULTED Daphne and vandalized HER apartment. First things first, 50 may be a LOT OF THINGS . . . but he is NOT a woman beater. He has to our knowledge (and trust, we did some digging) NEVER laid hands on any woman – this is ESPECIALLY true since he’s witnessed women in his own family get beat. Flo Rida was sued for child support in Florida by a woman named Gloria Holloway, who insists Flo fathered her kid.
Flo — real name Tramar Dillard — adamantly denied paternity … and now he’s got proof in the form of a DNA test.
TMZ has obtained the doc … and according to the paperwork, there is a 0% chance that Flo is the daddy.
Sources close to the rapper tell us, his attorneys will be filing the DNA test results with the Florida Department of Revenue to block Holloway from obtaining a child support order against him.
Flo’s lawyer tells us, “Flo Rida is absolutely not the father of the child and does not expect to hear anything else on the subject.” Calls to Holloway weren’t returned.
