The hacker group that was responsible for exposing private financial information about Michelle Obama and many other celebrities has issued an ultimatum to the U.S. Government — either declare war on North Korea or they will detonate bombs at the White House.
After the premiere of Love & Hip Hop ATL, The Prince of the South was locked up after refusing a urine test. Scrappy has already violated his probation back in March after a dispute over a urine test. According to court officials, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with, and when asked to submit another cup, he refused.

Shyheim Franklin, 35, has been arrested on felony charges, after an early-morning raid of his 185 St. Mark’s Pl. apartment in St. George turned up a gun and drugs, police allege.
The raid took place Friday at 6:15 a.m. — members of the Staten Island Gang Squad used a warrant to search Franklin’s apartment, where under his mattress they reported finding a sock with a .32 caliber Serrifile Inc. Terrier One revolver and five rounds of ammo inside, according to court papers. Franklin’s criminal record means he has no business possessing a gun, according to court papers.
Police also found 41 glassines of heroin in a safe under his bed, a Xanax pill in a plastic zipper bag on his bedside table, and a scale alongside empty bags and glassines under his bed, court papers allege.

Lauryn Hill was given an extra two weeks to pay the IRS.
TMZ reports that the judge granted her until May 6th to pay back $968,000 from 2005 to 2007.
Hill’s lawyer indicated that she recently signed at multi-million dollar deal with her former label Sony and is requesting probation instead of the several years in jail.
Both Gucci Mane and Young Scooter are currently being housed in the Georgia lock-up, but RapFix has learned that the two collaborators are actual cellmates.
Gucci was booked on April 12 on a probation violation. The arrest came right after he was indicted on aggravated assault charges and freed on a $75,000 bond, which came after a U.S. army soldier accused the rapper of hitting him the head with a champagne bottle. Young Scooter, Gucci’s Free Bricks 2 mixtape partner-in-rhyme, was booked on a few days earlier on April 8th and also charged with a probation violation. Now a source with connections to both artists tells us that the two rappers aren’t just in the same jail, but they are currently living in the same cell.
That cannot be a coincidence. In other news, Scooter was sentenced to 8 months today for a probation violation.
ATL’s Young Scooter has been given an 8 month sentence for a probation violation after he was caught driving without a license. Scooter’s mug shot is above. The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has been charged, the Justice Department announced Monday. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged with one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and one count of malicious destruction of property by means of an explosive device resulting in death, according to a statement from the Justice Department. He could face the death penalty if convicted.
I literally forgot what I was about to say when I noticed that ‘Gangnam Style’ PSY has been nominated for the Rap Artist category. I don’t think I’ll be checking for this one (shoutout to Rihanna and her 10 nominations, though).
According to news reports, while Kanye West has been working on his album the last few months, he has made it to all Kim’s doctor’s appointments. Even more, he’s taken three separate trips via private jet from Paris to El Lay to make the appointments. Those flights has cost him over $100,000.

Two revelers celebrating the marijuana holiday “4/20″ were shot as rapper Lil Flip performed at a show in Denver, Colorado.
Thousands had gathered in Civic Center Park in Denver to celebrate, since marijuana has been legalized in Colorado.
Around 5:00pm, witnesses reported hearing four or five shots and a man, his dog and a woman were struck, as Lil Flip performed, according to reports.
“I saw him fall, grabbing his leg,” witness Travis Craig told The Associated Press. “He was just screaming that he was in pain, and wanted to know where his girlfriend was. She was OK. And then the cops showed up real quick, like, less than a minute. They put him on ambulance and left.”
The police presence was heavy due to the 80,000 attendees who were expected to attend the weekend celebration.
“I am just grateful that no one was seriously hurt…,” Lil Flip tweeted.
Police are seeking two suspects in the shooting, which was captured on aerial footage.

Problem is … officials say Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch … and cops believe it may have been tampered with. They refused to accept the sample … and told Scrappy to provide a fresh cup of yellow gold.
But Scrappy refused the pee demand, denied the allegations of tampering and left the premises … so officials issued a warrant for his arrest, claiming he once again violated his probation by not cooperating.
We spoke to Scrappy’s lawyer, Mawuli Mel Davis, who tells us Scrappy plans to appear in court on May 16 to address the issue — and says, “It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson.”
He adds, “Since Mr. Richardson’s release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation.”

According to CNN, the second suspect — Dzhokhar Tsarnaev — had 6 bombs, a rifle and handguns on him when he was taken into custody last night by the Boston Police.
President Obama makes a statement about developments in the investigation of the bombings near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings was taken into custody Friday night, bringing to an end a massive manhunt in the tense Massachusetts capital worried by warnings the man was possibly armed with explosives.
After announcing the arrest on Twitter, Boston police tweeted: “CAPTURED!!! The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody.”
Authorities confirmed the man in custody is 19-year-old Dzhokar Tsarnaev, who escaped an overnight shootout with police that left his older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev — the other man wanted in the bombings — dead.
The younger Tsarnaev was in serious condition, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis said at a news conference. He was being treated at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Kelly Lawman said.
Tsarnaev was cornered late Friday as he was hiding on a boat in a backyard of Watertown, a suburb of Boston.
Police were alerted to his whereabouts by a man who went outside after authorities lifted an order for residents to stay inside during the manhunt. The
resident saw blood on a boat in the backyard, Davis said. He then lifted up the tarp covering the boat and “saw a man covered with blood,” he said.It was that call that resulted in an arrest less than a week after two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, shocking the nation and leaving a city on edge.
“There was an exchange of gunfire, and I don’t know if he was struck,” Davis said of the suspect.
Authorities, using a bullhorn, had called on the suspect to surrender: “Come out with your hands up.
Tsarnaev, according to authorities, refused to surrender.
“We used a robot to pull the tarp off the boat,” David Procopio of the Massachusetts State Police said. “We were also watching him with a thermal imaging camera in our helicopter. He was weakened by blood loss — injured last night most likely,”
Tsarnaev was taken into custody after authorities rushed the boat, Davis said.

A gruesome death photo of the Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has surfaced online … and law enforcement sources tell TMZ it’s 100% authentic.
The photo first appeared on Reddit moments ago … posted by someone who claims the photo was obtained by a “friend” who works downtown.
The picture shows the lifeless corpse of 26-year-old Tamerlan laying on a table.
The body has multiple bullet wounds … as well as a gigantic gash along his chest rib cage area.
The body is covered in blood … especially in the facial region.
In the death photo, Tamerlan’s mouth and eyes are open wide.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the photo is authentic. One source tells us officials are investigating to find out who leaked the picture.
Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with police in Watertown, Massachusetts early this morning. His 19-year-old brother Dzhokhar is on the run.
Both are suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing that killed 3 people and injured nearly 200 more.
