The beautiful woman in question — Shateria Moragne-El — debuted her Fall 2013 collection for her clothing line FRONTROW at the Conair Fashion Pavilion in NYC for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Over the weekend, Future released the remix to “Karate Chop” featuring Lil Wayne. Weezy rhymed “Beat that pussy up like Emmett Till.” Reps for the Emmett Till Estate recently spoke on the lyric and were appalled by the line.
DMX Arrested For Driving Without A License
DMX was taken to Spartanburg Detention Center around 2AM after an officer saw him driving a 1978 Buick (sweet) and pulled him over for allegedly driving without a license.
DMX spoke to the local FOX station as he left the police station and said, “No, I didn’t have a license…put the cuffs on me. Brought me here. I paid the money. Basically, just 5 hours wasted for nothing.”

Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z are planning a major stadium tour this summer, sources involved in the negotiations tell Rolling Stone. While talks are still ongoing, the tour as currently planned would include 11 to 13 stadium dates.
Timberlake hinted Saturday on Twitter that something was in the works, writing, “Big news coming after Justin’s Grammys performance.” According to the New York Post, Timberlake said, somewhat vaguely, on the red carpet before the Grammys, “We’re definitely going to go on tour . . . I don’t know how much I should say. . . . It’s going to be a lot of fun, I know that.”

Mother Monster posted on her site that, by doctor’s orders, she must postpone her North American tour, citing synovitis (severe inflammation of joints) as the culprit. Gaga is currently halfway through her Ball dates, taking over Montreal on Monday night, but three upcoming shows have been postponed.

UPDATE: Christopher Dorner Reportedly Found Dead Inside Burning Cabin
UPDATE: A body believed to be that of renegade ex-Los Angeles police officer Christopher Jordan Dorner was found Tuesday in a burning cabin near Big Bear Lake, California, multiple law enforcement sources told CNN.
The sources told CNN contributor and former FBI assistant director Tom Fuentes that law enforcement removed the body and are conducting a forensic exam to positively identify the man.
The law enforcement sources said they were told by officials at the Los Angeles Police Department that it is Dorner’s body.

The cabin quadruple-murder suspect Christopher Dorner is believed to be holed up in is now fully engulfed in flames, according to KCAL9′s Carter Evans.
LAPD Cmdr. Andy Smith Tuesday urged Dorner to turn himself in as a gun battle and barricade situation raged on in San Bernardino County.
“Enough is enough. It’s time to turn yourself in. End the bloodshed,” Smith said, adding that Dorner, who allegedly shot and killed his fourth victim — a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputy — Tuesday afternoon, is holed up in a Seven Oaks cabin.
Dormer is also accused of shooting a second deputy, who was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center. Smith, who says Dorner likely has access to television and other media outlets, requested that media helicopters pull out of the area.
The San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office also asked that reporters in the area to refrain from tweeting about the ongoing situation.
The sheriff has asked all members of the press to stop tweeting immediately. It is hindering officer safety. #Dorner—
SB District Attorney (@sbcountyda) February 12, 2013Dorner reportedly broke into a couple’s home and tied them up — possibly days ago — before stealing their vehicle and fleeing the scene Tuesday afternoon.
He was spotted by authorities around 1:30 p.m. and repeated gunshots were exchanged on Glass Road. KCAL9′s Carter Evans, who was reporting nearby, is safe despite loud gunfire that could be heard during his live report.
Dorner then fled into a forested area and barricaded himself in a cabin. A SWAT team was also called in to set up a perimeter around the area.

Larry Bird’s Son Arrested For Trying To Hit Girlfriend With Car

According to campus police, the alleged victim told cops Bird chucked a cell phone at her during an argument at Bird’s apartment … and it struck her in the wrist.
Later that night, the woman says she got into Bird’s car to head to the stadium when they started arguing AGAIN — and she got out of the car to walk home.
But according to the woman, Bird began to chase her through the parking lot in his car — trying to run her over.
The woman says she got help from another person who happened to be in the parking lot — and they flagged down a cop.
Campus police quickly located Bird — and he was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, battery with injury, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
It’s not Bird’s first run-in with the law — he was reportedly arrested in 2011 for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.

Richmond, VA Police Chief Resigns….Over Chris Brown Probation Scandal
In addition, Chris Brown still has to verify his hours or face the wrong end of a probation violation. From TMZ:
Bryan Norwood, Chief of the PD in Richmond, Virginia, was intimately involved in certifying Brown’s community service hours — hours the L.A. County D.A. claims were never performed. Norwood was instrumental in removing Brown’s case from the Richmond Probation Dept. and placing it squarely in his hands. Norwood also wrote a letter to the court vouching for Chris … claiming all of his community service had been performed.
The Mayor of Richmond says his office and the Chief reached a “mutual agreement” for his resignation.
Wale Speaks On Kelly Clarkson’s Back-Handed Comments To Miguel
Wale didn’t like Kelly Clarkson’s statements about Miguel on Sunday at the Grammys. At a post-Grammy dinner, Wale gave his thoughts on the red carpet, Katy Perry, folks showing the gas face when they didn’t win and much more. In addition, Wale came to Miguel’s defense (below).
“I didn’t like the Kelly Clarkson back-handed comments to Miguel. I didn’t like that at all. I just feel like our urban music is belittled, a little bit. Not trying to offend nobody on the committee, but for a record as big as ‘Adorn,’ and it to not be presented as a real performance onstage; it was almost like a segue to an award. Again, I don’t want to offend anybody on the committee, but that wasn’t a very good representation of our music because ‘Adorn’ is gonna be around for the next 30 years.”
The-Dream Announces New Album & Release Date

The-Dream’s fourth album will land May 7, the musician said backstage after picking up a Grammy for his contributions to Jay-Z, Kanye West and Frank Ocean’s “No Church in the Wild.” Speaking of West, The-Dream (real name: Terius Nash) also revealed his plans to head overseas to lend a hand to the follow-up to 2010’s “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.”
“May 7, my album drops and the name is ‘Fourplay,'” he told Billboard. The album was previously called “Love IV” and set for a March release. He’ll release the set’s latest single, “Slow It Down,” on Thursday.
The album’s been delayed thanks in part because of his work on Beyonce’s next album, though he wouldn’t give up any details on Queen B’s latest.
Drake Settles Out Of Court With Girl From ‘Marvin’s Room’
In you recall, Drake supposed ex-girlfriend was upset about Drake’s ‘Marvin’s Room’ to the point that she sued him for it….it looks like that’s finally be taken care of. From TMZ:
Ericka Lee sued Drake last year claiming she co-wrote the song, but never got credit … or paid for that matter. Drake fired back claiming she could pound sand because he never promised to pay her a dime for using her voice on the track.
Ericka also claimed that she and Drake had a romantic relationship from 2010-2011 … and accused Drake of threatening her when she didn’t back down from her lawsuit. Drake denied all her allegations.
Now, the two parties have come to an agreement — and the case was dismissed February 2nd. It’s unclear if Drake coughed up any money.

RUMOR OR NOT: WAS SNOOP DOGG BEATEN UP BY RASTAS IN JAMAICA?
This was seen on a couple of news reports, including this one, but take it with a grain of salt. Last I checked, Rastafari represented peace:
Reports are that Snoop who flew into the island on a private jet yesterday decided to visit Bobo Hill a place tucked into the folds of the Nine Mile hilly region of Bull Bay, St Andrew, he was also accompanied by Dancehall’s ‘Raving King’ Popcaan. Upon reaching, both artists were welcomed by all the Rasta men that were present.
It is alleged that while there snoop who was smoking marijuana at the time and seemed very high, as eye witnesses told the media, made an insulting comment which was found offensive by one of the men who was close by, furious about snoops insult the man walked over to snoop and started to punch him in the face while uttering the word
“Yah Fake rasta and a come dis man culture”
Another Rasta man saw the tussling, intervened and was hit by a punch snoop threw at his attacker, this blow enraged both men who began to gang snoop.
Popcaan who was in a room close by conversing with and old friend heard the loud cursing outside and went out to see snoop on the ground covered in blood.
The police were summoned and both men were arrested while snoop was rushed to the hospital. This is yet to be confirmed.
Pope Benedict XVI To Resign?
According to the Washington Post:
Pope Benedict XVI on Monday announced that he would become the first pontiff to resign since 1415.
Benedict’s decision to step down Feb. 28 means that for the first time in almost six centuries, there will be a living former pope looking on as his successor leads the Catholic church.
