Frank Ocean Intends To Press Charges Against Chris Brown Over Scuffle
Look like Chris Brown might get hit for violating parole, because according to the New York Post, Frank Ocean wants to press charges against his attacker:
R&B singer Frank Ocean intends to press charges against bully boy Chris Brown for punching him and starting an all-out brawl outside Westlake Studios in West Hollywood on Sunday night.
Police want to talk to Brown, who is still on probation for beating up Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.
Ocean, who publically came out in July as a bisexual, is “desirous of prosecution,” L.A. Sheriff’s Office spokesman Steve Whitmore told The Post. “We’ll find out what happened.”
The fight over a parking space reportedly involved six men. Ocean tweeted: “got jumped by chris and a couple guys. Lol. I only wish everest was there.” Everest is his dog.
He later added: “cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”
Ex-49er, Raider Kwame Harris Charged With Beating Ex-Boyfriend

Former 49ers and Raiders offensive lineman Kwame Harris faces felony domestic violence charges for allegedly beating an ex-boyfriend in the parking lot of a Menlo Park restaurant after an argument sparked by soy sauce, attorneys said Monday.
Harris, 30, is due in San Mateo County Superior Court on Monday afternoon for a hearing on the case and could face up to nine years in prison if convicted. He’s charged with felony domestic violence and assault causing great bodily injury. He’s pleaded not guilty and is out of jail on $75,000 bail, prosecutors said.
The former lineman’s defense attorney said prosecutors have targeted the wrong person. “This is a case of self-defense,” said attorney Alin Cintean.
The trouble started August 21 when Harris and ex-boyfriend Dimitri Geier were sharing dinner at Su Hong restaurant in Menlo Park. Harris was to drive Geier to San Francisco International Airport for a flight following the meal. But the men began to argue after Geier poured soy sauce on some rice, which upset Harris, according to a civil lawsuit Geier filed in San Mateo County.
The arguing continued and escalated, until finally Harris revoked his offer to drop Geier off at the airport. Geier agreed to take a cab instead, but as they went to retrieve has bags from Harris’ car the dispute turned violent. Harris allegedly tried to pull down Geier’s pants and accused the ex of stealing his underwear, according to the suit.
At some point the struggle came to blows.
The punches from Harris broke bones around Geier’s eye socket and led a metal plate being installed in his face to repair the physical damage from the beating, his suit says. Cintean said Geier struck first, but because his injuries were worse, prosecutors elected to charge Harris in connection with the violence.
The attorney he doesn’t anticipate his client striking a deal with prosecutors Monday and said a February trial date may be pushed back.

Owner & 2 Others Arrested After 233 Killed In Brazil Club Fire

Brazilian police officials said Monday they’ve made three detentions and are seeking a fourth person in connection with a blaze that ripped through a nightclub in southern Brazil over the weekend, killing more than 230 people.
Inspector Ranolfo Vieira Junior said at a news conference that the detentions are for investigative purposes and those detained can be held up to five days. He declined to identify those detained or the fourth person sought, but the Brazilian newspaper Zero Hora quotes lawyer Jader Marques saying his client Elissandro Spohr, a co-owner of the club, had been held.
The paper also says police detained two band members who were on stage when the blaze broke out and were thought to have used pyrotechnics in their act.
A military brigade official said Monday the death toll now stands at 231 people in the early Sunday blaze in the Kiss nightclub in Santa Maria, a university town of about 260,000 people in southern Brazil. Many of the victims were under 20 years old, including some minors. Most victims died from smoke inhalation rather than burns.
Police have said they think the pyrotechnics ignited sound insulation on the ceiling, while witnesses have reported a fire extinguisher didn’t work and that there was only one working exit. Many of the dead were also found in the club’s two bathrooms, where they fled apparently because the blinding smoke caused them to believe the doors were exits.
“It was terrible inside — it was like one of those films of the Holocaust, bodies piled atop one another,” said police inspector Sandro Meinerz. “We had to use trucks to remove them. It took about six hours to take the bodies away.”
Survivors and another police inspector, Marcelo Arigony, said security guards briefly tried to block people from exiting the club. Brazilian bars routinely make patrons pay their entire tab at the end of the night before they are allowed to leave.
“It was chaotic and it doesn’t seem to have been done in bad faith because several security guards also died,” Arigony told The Associated Press.
Firefighters responding to the blaze initially had trouble getting inside the Kiss nightclub because “there was a barrier of bodies blocking the entrance,” Guido Pedroso Melo, commander of the city’s fire department, told the O Globo newspaper.
Authorities said band members who were on the stage when the fire broke out later talked with police and confirmed they used pyrotechnics during their show.
Juelz Santana Receives Two Years Probation For Making Threats To Neighbor
Dipset’s Harlem bred and New Jersey residing rapper Juelz Santana, has been given two years probation after an incident involving his whistle blowing neighbor who alerted police of a domestic altercation with Juelz and his girlfriend in 2009.
A Bergen Country judge ruled that Juelz Santana, born Laron James, cannot have any contact with his former Englewood neighbor as part of the probation, but that Santana can still keep his driver’s license for work purposes.
According to the CliffViewPilot.com, Juelz reportedly made “death threats” to his neighbor which reportedly caused the neighbor to move to another house out of fear.
The neighbor claims the incident has also caused financial issues his wife.
Initially Santana was charged with assaulting his girlfriend, assaulting the neighbor and for violating a restraining order, although in the trail he only entered a guilty plea for threatening his neighbor.

Fort Lauderdale Police are investigating after a shooting led to a Rolls Royce crashing into an apartment building early Monday.
Police officials say shots were fired around 5 a.m. in the area of Southeast 15th Avenue and E. Las Olas Boulevard
The Rolls Royce was traveling eastbound on Las Olas when another vehicle opened fire on it, police said.
When the Rolls tried to get away, it crashed into the building at 311 Southeast 15th Avenue. Neither of the two people inside were injured, police said.
Police are still looking for the gunman or gunmen.
The names of the victims inside the Rolls weren’t being released because they’re in fear for their lives, police said. Witnesses said rapper Rick Ross was inside the Rolls.
No other details were immediately known.

Chris Brown & Frank Ocean Get Into Fight At Studio In LA
According to TMZ:
Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it.
Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.”
We’re told Chris went to shake Frank’s hand … and that’s when one of Frank’s people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris’ friends jumped in front and hit Frank’s friend.
Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris … Chris pushed him away and they started brawling.
The police were called and are on scene now.
Casey Anthony Files For Bankruptcy

Anthony, who had two of her convictions for lying to authorities tossed out on Friday, filed for Chapter 7 protection in a Tampa court on the same day.
In the docs, Anthony says she owes almost $800,000 to about 80 creditors and has no income to speak of. Among her debts:
— $500,000 to lead defense attorney Jose Baez.
— $145,660 to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office
— $68,540 to the IRSNot listed among her creditors … Home Depot.
Anthony is also in the middle of defending herself from a defamation lawsuit from Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who claims Anthony ruined her reputation.
Casey Anthony listed listed about $1,000 in personal property, according to court documents, which includes cash on hand ($474), furniture and a laptop ($200), jewelry ($200) and clothing and accessories ($100).

Hoax mastermind Ronaiah Tuiasosopo’s pretty young cousin played the part of “Lennay Kekua,” the fake girlfriend he created, The Post has learned.
Tino Tuiasosopo convinced the Notre Dame grid star that she was the real deal, calling him at school, telling him she loved him and even sobbing hysterically when another girl answered his phone, several of the woman’s relatives said yesterday.
“Tino is the girl that Manti has been talking to all these months,” said a Tuiasosopo cousin.
The revelation shoots down claims by Ronaiah Tuiasosopo’s attorney, Milton Grimes, that Ronaiah altered his masculine voice to play the part of the chirpy, flirty Kekua.

Leigh Arendse, 25, of Brunswick Park, Barnet, groomed the innocent youngster on an internet chat room before going from London to her Cambridgeshire home to meet her.
He then spent 48 hours in her bedroom watching DVDs and having sex with her – and hid behind the door when her mum went to check on her.
Sick Arendse claimed he thought the girl was actually 14 and only realised her true age when her mum told her off for smoking in her room.
He then left the house and went to London with the girl whose parents raised the alarm when she went missing last August.
Arendse, of Brunswick Park, Barnet, has now been jailed for four years after admitting two counts of raping the girl.
Judge Jonathan Haworth told him: ‘This is not a case of an 18 or 19-year-old – you are a mature adult.
‘You had been in her bedroom when you knew that members of her family were also in the house.
‘There was a sheer irresponsibility on your part when you failed to find out her real age.’

He drew the line at their requests to throw a cool ‘street-style’ pose, preferring to fall back on that perennial royal favourite, jovially pointing his finger at the camera, instead.
One onlooker said: ‘The kids were boisterous but in great spirits and really excited to meet him, particularly as it was the prince himself who set up the charity they are currently involved in.
