@OfficialTulisa Reveals More Of Apparent ‘Rift’ With @KellyRowland In New Autobiography

This is really not much of a surprise. Not only was her rift with Kelly Rowland previously evident, it also seems that Kelly Rowland has decided to hold a grudge…from MTV (and make sure you get your copy of this book!):

The N-Dubz star, who clashed with Kelly on the ITV show after accusing her act Misha B of bullying, claims in new autobiography Honest: My Story So Far that the last time she saw Rowland, she was snubbed by the R&B star.

The 24-year old also admits that the ex-Destiny’s Child singer was “furious” after the Misha B incident and kept giving her dirty looks, stating that their “relationship never went back to how it was”.

Contostavlos explains: “A few months after the series finished, I was in a nightclub in Los Angeles when I spotted Kelly talking with a friend, so I went over to say hello.

“The X Factor was all done and dusted for the year: surely she wouldn’t still be miffed about the whole Misha incident?

“’Hey, you all right, Kelly?’ I smiled. ‘How you doing?’

“Oh, hey, boo-boo, how are you?’ she said, and then held up a perfectly manicured finger. ‘Just give me one second’.”

Tulisa adds: “Then she turned away and continued chatting with her friend but she never turned back or even acknowledged me once for the entire rest of the evening.

“That was the last I saw of Kelly Rowland.”

Lil’ Wayne (@LilTunechi) Breaks Elvis Prestley Hot 100 Record

Spotted on Yahoo! News:

Lil Wayne is not only making rap history, he’s making rock ‘n roll history: the rapper has surpassed Elvis Presley as the male with the most entries on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
Lil Wayne now has 109 songs on that chart with Thursday’s debut of Game’s song “Celebration,” where he is a guest alongside Chris Brown, Tyga and Wiz Khalifa. Of his 109 charted songs, only 42 are led by Lil Wayne; 67 are songs where he is the featured act.

Thursday is the rapper’s 30th birthday.

Presley totaled 108 songs on the Hot 100 since it launched in 1958. Presley’s career kicked off before that and several of his songs — like “Heartbreak Hotel” — could not be included in his total number.

The “Glee” cast has the most Hot 100 entries with 204.

Labrinth (@Labrinthda1st) Displeased With Being Beaten By Nicki Minaj (@NICKIMINAJ)

From Entertainment Wise:

Labrinth has admitted he was disappointed after being beaten to the top of the charts by the one and only Nicki Minaj, not solely because he feels that he should’ve been at the top of the charts, but also because he ‘didn’t really like her album’.

The Londoner released his debut album Electronic Earth back in April but has only just opened up about his disappointment, saying that although Nicki is a ‘mega artist’, he just ‘didn’t respect the album’.

“I was disappointed, really,” he told the PA. “I lost to Nicki Minaj, which wasn’t so bad, she’s a mega artist, but I didn’t like her album. If I’d respected the album that beat me, then I would’ve been happier.”

Stooshe (@Stooshe) – Capital FM Interview

You can read the full interview at Capital FM. Below is an excerpt:

Speaking to Capital FM, Stooshe said they were excited to be joining J-Lo on the road and hope that they might get the opportunity to pick up some advice from the singer.

“She’s a legend, definitely, you forgot how long she’s been in the industry and how much she’s done,” they said.

The group joked that after also supporting Nicki Minaj earlier this year, they had developed a habit for opening for acts with infamously “big bums”.

“That means we’ve supported two women with the biggest bums. It’s so funny, it’s like a running trend,” they said.

European Commission Approves Universal’s Takeover Of EMI

The European Commission has approved Universal’s $1.9bn (£1.2bn) takeover of EMI, albeit with strict conditions that include the divestment of Parlophone and other assets worldwide.

Although it has approved the deal, the EC said it had concerns that the transaction, as initially notified, would have allowed Universal to significantly worsen the licencing terms it offered to digital platform that sell music to consumers. However, given the “substantial” commitments since offered by Universal, the Commission said it concluded that the transaction would not raise competition concerns any more.
