VIDEO/PICS: Justin Bieber Might End Up A Felon Over Egging Incident
UPDATE: TMZ reports that investigators are pretty stamped on throwing a felony at Justin Bieber….they must really not like this kid.
****************************************
You can check out pics of the “damage” caused by Justin Bieber above — video obtained of what went down is below (complete with some explicit arguing between Bieber and the neighbor in question. From TMZ:
Justin Bieber launched an all out egg assault on his neighbor’s home Thursday night — and the L.A. County Sheriff was called to the scene while the eggs were still flying … this according to the alleged victim.
TMZ spoke to the neighbor who says he heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 PM Thursday, and when he stepped on to a 2nd floor balcony … he says he saw Justin down below hurling eggs at his front door.
According to the neighbor … Bieber started aiming for him once he stepped onto the balcony and yelled, “What the Hell are you doing?”
Justin and the neighbor — who’ve had previous run-ins — also got into a verbal dispute while JB allegedly continued tossing a few more eggs at the house … and then retreated back to his home.
They later updated with some video of the incident (below):
We’ve just obtained video of the incident … shot by the neighbor, who says Justin was definitely trespassing on his property during the attack. The video is dark, but you can hear the neighbor yelling, “I see you. I f**king see you!”
Then Justin yells back, “F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!”
They keep yelling back and forth for about 30 seconds, until the neighbor tells his 13-year-old daughter — who sounds terrified — to call the cops.
By the way … we’re told Justin is now a suspect in a vandalism investigation. The police report calls it a misdemeanor, but the victim tells us the damage to his property far exceeds $400, which means this could easily become a FELONY.

Greensboro 4 Member Franklin McCain Dies At 71 #AGGIEPRIDE
From the Charlotte Observer:
Franklin McCain Sr., a member of the Greensboro Four that helped spark the civil rights movement in the United States, has died, family members say.
McCain, who was 71 and a Union County native, died late Thursday night in Greensboro after a brief illness, according to a news release issued by the family.
On Feb. 1, 1960, McCain and three other students from North Carolina A&T State University sat down and requested service at a whites-only counter at the F.W. Woolworth store on Elm Street in Greensboro. The next day, about two dozen students joined them.
And within a month, the sit-in movement had spread to hundreds of cities across the United States.
McCain went on to graduate from N.C. A&T with degrees in chemistry and biology and worked for nearly 35 years as a chemist and sales representative at the Celanese Corporation in Charlotte. But he also remained active in civil rights efforts.
“To the world, he was a civil rights pioneer who, along with his three classmates, dared to make a difference by starting the sit-in movement at the F.W. Woolworth store here in Greensboro,” McCain’s oldest son, Franklin Jr., said Friday.
“To us, he was Daddy – a man who deeply loved his family and cherished his friends. We will orever treasure the wonderful memories that we have and be thankful for all that he did for us and for his fellow man.”
A portion of the lunch counter from the Woolworth store is now on exhibit at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History in Washington. And the site of the store in Greensboro is now occupied by the International Civil Rights Museum.

He continues: “We’re probably going to make a bunch of shit every day. I don’t know what we’re going to do with it. We might give some shit to other artists. We’re getting a compound so we figure we might invite people round to the crib and make some music in the house, then kick them out and bring in some new people.”

Dennis Rodman Apologizes For North Korea Outburst
From CNN:
Former NBA star Dennis Rodman apologized Thursday for his much-criticized outburst about an American citizen imprisoned in North Korea, saying he was stressed out and had been drinking when he made the remarks on CNN.
The family of that imprisoned American, Kenneth Bae, said Thursday that they accepted Rodman’s apology for his “outrageous” remarks but said they hope his comments “have not further endangered” Bae.
The eccentric basketball veteran is in North Korea for a controversial visit that has been rife with bizarre moments, including Rodman’s rendition of “Happy Birthday” to the country’s leader Kim Jong Un at a packed sports stadium on Wednesday.
“I want to first apologize to Kenneth Bae’s family,” Rodman, 52, said Thursday in a statement released by his publicist Jules Feiler. “I want to apologize to my teammates and my management team. I also want to apologize to Chris Cuomo.”
Bae’s family had said they were shocked by Rodman’s comments about the captive American.
“I embarrassed a lot of people,” said Rodman, who traveled to North Korea with other former NBA players for a basketball game against a North Korean team. “I’m very sorry. At this point I should know better than to make political statements. I’m truly sorry.”
He said the day of the interview had been “very stressful.”
“Some of my teammates were leaving because of pressure from their families and business associates,” he said, adding that his dream of “basketball diplomacy was quickly falling apart.”
“I had been drinking,” he said. “It’s not an excuse but by the time the interview happened, I was upset. I was overwhelmed.”
The NBA and the U.S. government have said they have nothing to do with Rodman’s visit to North Korea, his fourth in less than a year. The Irish online betting company that had backed the trip withdrew its name from the venture last month after North Korea announced that Kim’s once powerful uncle had been purged from his top government posts and executed.

Gabrielle Union Blames Herself For Dwayne Wade’s Cheating
Sandra Rose reports:
The star of BET’s original scripted TV series Being Mary Jane said her acting schedule got in the way of their relationship and the distance between them caused Wade to go astray.
“[When Dwayne and I broke up briefly in 2013], it was because of distance and scheduling,” she said. “I finished filming the show, then I flew to Vegas right away to start shooting Think Like a Man Too. I couldn’t take time off, and I missed some quality togetherness we desperately needed.”
Union doesn’t believe that men are innately wired to cheat. Instead, she believes the 31-year-old NBA superstar stepped out on her because she wasn’t affectionate enough or available to him when he wanted to get frisky in the bedroom.
Gabby, who acknowledges she is self-centered, said she plans to be more affectionate with Wade, and to initiate an open door policy to be available for sex whenever Wade is in the mood.
So far the change in her attitude seems to be working for the couple.
“Dwyane generally gets up before I do to go to the gym, and he’s never left without kissing me and telling me he loves me,” said Union. “As for me, I am complimentary to the point where I am almost a little Chester the Molester-y. I think he’s so delicious. Watching him get out of the shower never gets old. Never. It’s not like he ever wonders what I’m thinking, but usually he’s thinking, She needs a cold shower!”
Union said their 10-year age difference was a non-factor when she met Wade, who is raising two sons from a previous marriage and a nephew as well.
“After I had a heart-crushing breakup with yet another immature jerk, I thought, it can’t be any worse if I date a fetus. Let’s just see what happens,” said Union. “Turned out he’d been on his own since he was 15. He had wisdom that comes with facing an insane amount of adversity. He’s sweet, funny, honest about his shortcomings. When I put my preconceived notions to the side, I found someone cool.”

Chris Brown Rejects Plea Deal In Washington D.C. Assault Case
From NY Daily News:
Chris Brown rejected a plea deal Wednesday related to his alleged sidewalk smackdown in Washington D.C. last October.
The singer appeared in court in the nation’s capital with his prominent California-based lawyer Mark Geragos and girlfriend Karreuche Tran.
He sat quietly with his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, his co-defendant in the case, as their lawyers indicated prosecutors were taking a hard line in negotiations.
“My client is charged with simple assault, and the plea deal is simple assault,” Hollosy’s lawyer Bernie Grim explained to the judge.
“Sometimes a deferred prosecution agreement or deferred sentencing agreement is offered as part of a plea deal, but that was not the case today,” Bill Miller, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the District of Columbia, said outside court.
Deferred prosecution agreements allow defendants to get amnesty if they fulfill certain terms of the deal.
The parties agreed to return Feb. 20 to get a tentative trial date, and prosecutors promised to hand over surveillance footage related to the incident.
Brown, 24, wore a dark three-piece suit and a new natural brown hairstyle that replaced his recent bleached blond look.
The “Run It” crooner is in court-ordered anger management rehab in California after the Los Angeles County judge on his Rihanna assault case reviewed his Washington D.C. police report and revoked his probation last month.
The judge sent Brown back to rehab, not jail, and ordered him to stay put for 90-days of treatment and take all medications prescribed by his doctors.
The short-fused singer was arrested on suspicion of felony assault and tossed in jail Oct. 27 after a 20-year-old man claimed Brown went berserk and broke his nose outside the W Hotel, just blocks from the White House.
A police narrative obtained by the Daily News states the alleged assault victim – identified in court as Parker Adams – told cops the melee erupted when he tried to crash a photo Brown was taking with his female friend and another person.
The Grammy winner pleaded not guilty to the reduced misdemeanor charge in October and voluntarily checked into rehab for anger management days later.
He was temporarily kicked out of treatment Nov. 10 for losing his cool and hurling a rock through a window of his mom’s car during a family therapy session.
If convicted of the simple assault charge, Brown faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine, prosecutors said.
He could also get more jail time in California if his Los Angeles judge decides the D.C. incident violated his probation for beating Rihanna.
Geragos said Wednesday he would file a motion to get Brown excused from the Feb. 20 court date in D.C. because he needs to focus on his rehab recovery.
“My client is presently in a residential program and loses three days of treatment just doing the traveling,” Geragos told the judge.
Wu-Tang Affiliate Shyheim In Custody After New Year’s Day Homicide
From SI Live, where you can read more on the story:
A Wu-Tang Clan cohort who once worked with hip hop’s biggest names drove the car in a New Brighton hit-and run crash that killed a 29-year-old bakery worker New Year’s Day, according to police sources.
Shyheim Franklin, 36, who has rapped under the names Manchild, Little Shyheim and The Rugged Child, surrendered himself to police on Wednesday in connection with the 5:07 a.m. crash, which killed Felipe Avila of Tompkinsville, police sources said.
He’s expected to face a charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, which is a class D felony, those sources said.
That morning, Avila was headed to work at the Rosamaria Bakery on Vreeland Avenue in Port Richmond, driving a black 1996 Toyota Celica on Lafayette Avenue, Richmond Terrace-bound.
Franklin, meanwhile, was driving east on Cassidy Place in a 1996 Volvo S80 belonging to a close friend, police sources said. Police sources also allege Franklin blew through a stop sign and slammed into Avila’s car, then hit a parked Dodge Ram before getting out of the Volvo and running off.
Sources said Franklin left blood in the Volvo and on the driver’s side airbag.
Franklin was out on $10,000 bail at the time of the crash, after his April arrest on gun and drug possession charges.
Jury Rules Mark Duggan’s Shooting Was Lawful
From Telegraph:
Police were braced for increased tension in Tottenham, north London, after a jury concluded that the shooting by police of Mark Duggan, the young father whose death sparked the summer riots in 2011, was lawful.
The family and friends of the 29-year-old, reacted with disbelief and anger after the jury ruled that Mr Duggan’s killing had been justified, despite concluding that he did not have a gun in his hand when he was shot.
Supporters of the father of six, yelled abuse at the jury and branded the police as “murderers”, while security guards were forced to intervene when some began kicking a door and turning over furniture in the High Court.
Mr Duggan’s aunt Carole Duggan said: “The majority of the people in this country know that Mark was executed. We are going to fight until we have no breath left in our body for Mark and his children.”
With cries of: “No justice, no peace,” they also shouted down the Metropolitan Police’s Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley as he attempted to read a statement on the steps of the Royal Courts of Justice.
Mr Duggan, who grew up on the infamous Broadwater Farm estate, where Pc Keith Blakelock was hacked to death in 1985, was reputed to be a founding member of the area’s feared Star Gang.
The nephew of gangland boss Desmon Noonan, it is claimed he was a drug dealer who was planning a major cannabis deal when he was shot.
He was also thought to be associated with Tottenham’s Man Dem gang, which has been linked to ten shootings and ten murders in north London.
Police in Tottenham were on alert amid simmering tensions, as locals expressed the fear that anger over the verdict could escalate into violence and civil disruption.
One young man who was among a small group gathered outside Tottenham police station said: “There’s a lot of anger here at the moment. Things are going to get hotter, you just wait.”Mr Duggan’s shooting was the catalyst to some of the worst rioting in Britain for a generation.
Anger in his local community following news of the shooting spilled over into violence and looting with a number of properties and businesses being destroyed.
In the following days the disturbances spread across the capital and further afield including cities such as Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester.
Five people died during the riots and the cost of the damage has been estimated at £200 million.
The jury of seven women and three men concluded that Mr Duggan, who was shot dead as he travelled towards his home in north east London in a taxi, was carrying a gun at the time but had thrown it out of the window when he was challenged by armed officers.
Outside court the Duggan family solicitor expressed the family’s dismay at the verdict telling reporters: “On the 4 August an unarmed man was shot down in Tottenham. Today we have had what we can only call a perverse judgement.
“The jury found he had no gun and yet he was gunned down – for us that’s an unlawful killing. The family are in a state if shock and we ask that you would respect that shock.
“They can’t believe that this was the outcome. No gun in his hand yet he was shot. Murdered. No justice. No peace.”
Struggling to make himself heard and being jostled by the angry crowd, ACC Rowley defended the actions of his armed officers, insisting their priority was always to protect the public from the threat of gun crime.
He said: “No officer sets out at the start of the day to run an operation that results in someone dying. So our sympathy today is with Mark Duggan’s family. They have lost a loved one.
“But the task our officers face in making split-second decisions when confronting armed criminals means there is a risk – a very small risk – that this will happen.
“Armed criminals have shot dead more than 50 people in London in the last 3 and a half years. We send out well-trained, professional armed officers thousands of times a year to combat this threat, only firing shots once or twice. These careful tactics have significantly reduced gun crime.”
He added: “We know the trust is not shared by everyone. I will be offering to meet Mark Duggan’s family to express our sorrow. And we will continue working with local leaders to strengthen relationships. We know it will take time.”
But local MP David Lammy said despite the verdict, the Met still had a number of questions to answer about their handling of the case.
Other Labour MPs went as far as to criticise the verdict with veteran left-winger Dianne Abbot describing it as “baffling”.
She said: “There’s going to be a lot of questions asked in the community this evening.”
But London Mayor, Boris Johnson, acknowledged the “incredible pressure” under which firearms officers operated.
During the four month inquest, the jury heard evidence from the officer who fired the fatal shots.
Identified only as V53, he described the events in the moments leading up to his decision to open fire, telling jurors he had the honest belief he was about to be shot.
Solicitors for Mr Duggan’s family suggested that the gun had been planted by police, something one officer described as “highly offensive”.
On Wednesday night a police source said a planned vigil for Duggan outside Tottenham Police station had been cancelled.
The source said it had been due to take place around 5.30pm but the reasons for the cancellation were not known.
Two uniformed officers were patrolling outside the station and a police riot van parked briefly outside.
Meanwhile Mr Duggan’s family said they were considering whether to mount a judicial review of the inquest verdict.
Tupac Shakur Might Have Been A Jedi In ‘Star Wars’
From NY Daily News:
The Force may have been stronger in Tupac Shakur than previously known.
Death Row Records’ former Chief Engineer Rick Clifford said his former collaborator was set to audition for a role in 1999’s “Star Wars: Episode I” before his death.
The New York-born Shakur was supposed to read for the part of a Jedi that later went to Samuel L. Jackson, Clifford claimed, but was gunned down in Las Vegas on Sept. 13, 1996. Shakur was just 25 at the time of his death.
“It’s sad because ‘Pac found out that I worked for Brian Austin Green. who was on ‘90210,’ then he found out I was in some movies. So we always talked about his film career and stuff,” Clifford said in the interview with 2Pac-Forum.com posted late last week.
“He was telling me that he was supposed to read for George Lucas and them. They wanted him to be a Jedi. Yes, I’m serious — Samuel L. got Tupac’s part.
“Yeah, he called me ‘Old Man.’ He said ‘Old Man, keep your fingers crossed, I got three movies coming up. One of them I gotta read for George Lucas’.”
Lucasfilm has yet to comment on the report.
