Check Out Rico Nasty’s ‘Countin Up’ Documentary

Presented courtesy of The FADER and filmmaker Orian Barki:

In the new FADER doc, Countin’ Up, she opens up about her personal life behind the music and rock star persona she exudes in the public eye. She painfully remembers the close relationship she had with her son’s father before he passed due to an asthma attack and the ensuing trauma, which included attempted suicide on two occasions. As a result, she’s become one of music’s most selfish selfless artists: projecting the self-confidence young women flock to and reminding people that she’s got to take care of her own because she knows no one else will.

Shordie Shordie – Betchua

“Betchua” looks like Baltimore’s next big hit. Shordie Shordie is nearing the million view mark for this two minute video for the song from his Captain Hook project.

Fader Premiere:

Eccentric-ass B-More rapper Shordie Shordie has given his infectious “Betchua (Bitchuary)” track off of his latest tape Captain Hook the visual treatment. Watch the clip up above via The FADER.

The SIX 7 ENT-directed video sees Shordie and a gang full of homies commanding a street corner and dancing gleefully to the track’s streamy synth-string melody.

OG Dutch Master – WORK (Video) [Starring Brent Faiyaz]

prod. by Lavish Jax
Directed by Dutchy 2X & FeelMyArt Productions.
co starring Tia Reid, Verge of LUI & Myyrh Made.
I’ve been a Dutchmaster fan since 2012? It’s good to see that he’s thriving alongside some of Baltimore’s newer popular rappers and propelling his art forward with interesting moves (like co-directing this video, and having Brent Faiyaz star in it.)
