I don’t believe English Frank is racist. He did however, make an inappropriate comment and rightly so apologized for it when he had another chance to address the crowd.

Roosevelt in between signing autographs and Hit-Boy broke down what the project meant to him, saying he did this for the youth to show them its possible for all their dreams to come true.
