Big Sean Brings Out Nicki Minaj & Drake In Detroit

Big Sean’s sophomore album Hall Of Fame hit stores this past Tuesday, and last night he held his second homecoming show. Last year, Big Sean performed at Palace of Auburn Hills with special guests Kanye West, J. Cole, Common and more; Last night, he moved his show to the Detroit’s DTE Energy Music Theatre with special appearances from Drake (who came out to perform ‘All Me’, ‘No New Friends’, ‘Started From The Bottom’ and ‘Versace’) & Nicky Minaj (who performed ‘MILF’ and ‘Dance (A$$)’.

HYPETRAK TV caught up with Big Sean at Def Jam offices during his promo run for his latest Hall of Fame album that dropped today. During our discussion we wanted to examine the inner-workings behind the “Big Sean” persona beyond what music videos and songs may not tell you about the Detroit native. That in mind, we soon discovered Sean Anderson is not only a distinguished musician, but also a humanitarian for his hometown city of Detroit that’s seeing some of its toughest times right now.
