Is Drake Firing Shots At The Weeknd, Chris Brown, Rihanna In ’5 AM In Toronto’ Record (Lyrics Breakdown)
Reports Sohh:
Drizzy first takes shots at MTV’s much-debated “Hottest in the Game” list along with R&B singer The Weeknd.
It seems Drizzy felt he should have been placed higher. Or rather, he just doesn’t even care about the list at all. He’s beyond rap lists, to hear him tell it. He says as much on his new cut, spitting: “I swear, fuck them n*ggas this year/ I made Forbes list, n*gga / F*ck your list, everything’s lookin’ gorgeous.” Elsewhere, he takes shots at the Weeknd, whom he’s seemingly had a falling out with. “I show love, never get the same out of n*ggas/ Guess it’s funny how money can make change out of n*ggas/ For real, some nobody started feeling himself/ A couple somebodies started killing themself/ A couple albums dropped those are still on the shelf/ I bet them sh*t would have popped if I was willing to help.” (The Boom Box)
He then reportedly launches shots at one-time music rival Common, Brown and RiRi.
And there are thinly-veiled shots at Common: “I’m headed to the bank n*gga/ Sinatra lifestyle, I’m just being Frank, n*gga.” Addresses his beef with Chris Brown: “Bad press during the summer over allegations/ I ain’t lyin’, my n*gga, my time is money/ That’s why I ain’t got time for a n*gga who’s time is comin.” And his rumored romance with Rihanna: “Where you think she at when she ain’t with you?/ Wildin’, doin’ sh*t that’s way out of your budget/ Owl sweaters inside her luggage, you gotta love it/ D*mn, this sh*t could go on a tape.” (The Boom Box)

Music News
I’m sure no one is surprised. Started from the bottom indeed.
As MTV News’ Senior Hip-Hop Writer Rob Markman said, Drake dominated rap features all year long, and that was underscored when you realized that every artist on his lineup had at least one big collab to perform with him on the cross-country jaunt. “He strategically had features with people he was going on tour with — so it was Waka with ‘Round of Applause,’ 2 Chainz with ‘No Lie,’ A$AP with ‘F—in’ Problems’ and Kendrick with ‘Poetic Justice,’ ” Markman explained. “Anything he touches is a guaranteed smash.”

Rihanna & Chris Brown Fall Out Over Texts From Drake?
Reports Vlad:
The Sun revealed the news, claiming that even though they’re broken up now they’ll likely get back together soon.
“Chris and Rihanna had a big bust-up at the Grammys over Drake,” a source says. “She was messaging him and Chris saw and it didn’t go down well. Since that night they have barely spoken and have been doing their own things. For now they have split up but they will probably make up at some point.”
Before Rihanna left to debut her new fashion collection at London Fashion Week she and Chris reportedly refused to sit next to each other at Playhouse nightclub. It was also reported that Chris was in Houston along with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
All I got to say is , somebody is lying . Let’s see what happens later.

Drake REJECTED At Nightclub: “Sorry, Chris Brown’s Inside”
Reports TMZ:
The club is Playhouse in Hollywood — and sources tell TMZ, bouncers sent Drake on his way Wednesday night because CB was already partying at a table inside … and they wanted to avoid any possible brawl scenarios.
According to sources, Brown was inside the club celebrating an anniversary party for some clothing brand called Popular Demand.
The bouncers were aware Chris was inside when Drake showed up around midnight … and they knew Rihanna would be joining him later on … so they asked Drake to party somewhere else that night.
The promoters — and the nightclub — obviously wanted to avoid what happened at W.i.P. nightclub last summer … when Chris and Drake’s entourage nearly destroyed the place with flying bottles.
We’re told Drake handled the rejection like a gentleman and left without incident.
Chris Brown & Drake Reportedly Sue Each Other Over Nightclub Brawl
Looks like the issues from last June aren’t going anywhere anytime soon….for a parolee, Chris Brown is really not giving too many fucks with his antics. From TMZ:
A guy named Romain Julien — a French model — filed suit against Brown, Drake and the club for the injuries he claims he suffered during the bottle-throwing fight.
Now both Drake and Brown have filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — in which they point the guilty finger at each other. It’s a little technical, but each is asking the judge to pin the blame on the other.
Drake and Brown each claim they were not responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages in the event the model wins his suit.

Drake Settles Out Of Court With Girl From ‘Marvin’s Room’
In you recall, Drake supposed ex-girlfriend was upset about Drake’s ‘Marvin’s Room’ to the point that she sued him for it….it looks like that’s finally be taken care of. From TMZ:
Ericka Lee sued Drake last year claiming she co-wrote the song, but never got credit … or paid for that matter. Drake fired back claiming she could pound sand because he never promised to pay her a dime for using her voice on the track.
Ericka also claimed that she and Drake had a romantic relationship from 2010-2011 … and accused Drake of threatening her when she didn’t back down from her lawsuit. Drake denied all her allegations.
Now, the two parties have come to an agreement — and the case was dismissed February 2nd. It’s unclear if Drake coughed up any money.
