“We’re young, so it’s not like [we had] a pow wow over tea or nothing. It didn’t need to be explained. It wasn’t no problem. [Drake’s] camp actually called me to do the skit. Especially after getting out of jail, I didn’t have any animosity towards anybody. I wanted to be able to bring light to the situation and just grow up. I’m 25 and I’m not getting younger. You can’t walk around holding grudges, looking over your shoulder and being negative all the time. I’m tired of being looked at as the aggressor, so I just wanted to show my maturity.
Working on music is something we’re gonna continuously try to do and make happen. I know it’ll be a big thing for the fans if they hear a song –- but it has to be the right song, for both of us, at the end of the day. When we were in the studio [Drake] was like, ‘Oh, man, I need to have my studio like this. My vibe is a little different — I like to have a party. It’s like the club in my studio with 15 or 20 girls, a couple of my homies, drinks and everybody’s having fun. I just get the vibe off the energy from them.”

Fresh off of signing to Epic Records, Bobby Shmurda appears on stage at Webster Hall to perform his hit single ‘Hot Nigga’, complete with the even more famous ‘Shmoney Dance’.
Also, individuals like DJ Folk are revealing that Drake is jumping on the remix to ‘Hot Nigga’. Stay tuned.

Drake just paid a ton of respect to Rappin’ 4-Tay — in the form of cold, hard cash — to settle a beef in which 4-Tay claimed Drizzy jacked his rhymes.
4-Tay first put Drake on blast when YG’s hit “Who Do You Love” came out. Drake drops lyrics on the song that are clearly ripped straight from 4-Tay’s 1994 hit “Playaz Club.”
4-Tay was offended Drake didn’t give him credit on the song. No lawsuit was ever filed, but sources close to the situation tell us a very lucrative agreement was reached.
4-Tay’s manager tells TMZ … Drake’s record label agreed to pay 4-Tay $100,000 for “borrowing” the lines.
Not shockingly … 4-Tay tells us he’s no longer offended.
Drake will be hosting this year’s ESPY Awards (ESPN’s version of celebrating great moments in sports and athletes for the year) this Wednesday, and recently took part in a conference call to speak on the upcoming show with the media. During the call, Complex’s Frazier Tharpe asked Drake if he’s now a Cleveland Cavaliers fan; this is because Drake’s close friend and NBA player Lebron James has returned to that team. Being that the Toronto rapper has become the boom for many jokes concerning flip-flop fans, he had this to say in response:
Well, first of all, I’d like to say that despite what everyone on the Internet thinks, I do not team jump. In the past I’ve always supported the player and not the institution—unless we’re talking about the Kentucky Wildcats and the Toronto Raptors; I will never stray from them. But whether it comes to soccer or football or basketball, I have a lot of friends that play for a lot of teams. I’m not team jumping. I’m a supportive friend.
Of course, I’m gonna go watch games in Cleveland. If not for LeBron—who I said is a brother to me, we’ve got three kids from Toronto on one team, plus Manziel who is part of our family and our brother. I definitely have to look into some real estate in Cleveland and spend some months of the year out there. Like I said, my teams will always forever be who they are but I will support the group who has shifted to Cleveland.
He also spoke on Skylar Diggins, who — in addition to himself — has been crushed on by much of the Young Monday roster (this includes boss Lil Wayne) as well as the rest of the male Rap community:
I’ve never met Skylar, but I’m sure it’ll be extremely awkward if she does show up. She probably won’t though…her boyfriend will probably have her tied down to a chair that night.

Lil Wayne announced a YMCMB tour with Drake this summer. The tour will be called “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” and they will be heading on the road for a 31 cities tour across the United States beginning in August. Check out the tour dates below. Tickets will go on sale next week right here.
YG’s single with Drake off his debut album , “Who Do You Love” has surpassed the 500,000 mark in sales . Earlier this year, YG lead single “My Nigga” from his debut album hit the platinum mark. I will not be surprise if in a few months his debut album will also go Gold or Platinum.
Drake revealed the schedule for his Houston Appreciation Weekend on his site October’s Very Own . The festivities kick off on June 12th and include a performance at Warehouse Live with Lil’ Wayne , OVO pop-up shop, basketball tournament, pool party, and more. G-Unit continues to release more new music since their reunion on Sunday at Summer Jam. Tonight the group returns with another new freestyle. 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Buck and Kidd Kidd jump on Drake’s new record 0 To 100 for a new freestyle entitled “Real Quick. G-Unit will performed two shows together in New York this month. The first show will be at Webster Hall on June 8 and the second show will be on June 14th after a Met Games as part of the 2014 Mets Concert Series.

Above Nicki Minaj brought out Drake to perform his record “Worst Behavior” and Lil Wayne later came out to perform his new single with Drake . Below Nicki Minaj brought out Young Thug to perform ” “Danny Glover” , “Chi-raq” with Lil Herb, and “Yass Bitch”with Soulja Boy.
Drake has released a new song tonight while everybody is tuned into Summer Jam via the live stream. You may remember Drake previewing this song in Houston a few week backs. Produced by Boi-1da, 40, and Nineteen85. You never know when Drake will drop a new song for the fans on his site.

Bun B brought his Trillest Tour to the Hoxton in Toronto last night…during his set, Drake joined Bun on stage to welcome him to his city.
When JAY Z responds, JAY Z responds, I guess. The house that Hov built decided to superimpose his hometown jersey over Drizzy (with JAY’s ‘Public Service Announcement’ conveniently playing through the speakers) during Game 6 of the Brooklyn Nets/Toronto Raptors playoff game. If you don’t know, this is probably why.
Spotted on Complex, someone actually bid for and won an OVO lint roller that was being passed out during Game 5 of the Toronto Raptors/Brooklyn Nets game….for $55,100.
It should be noted that these lint rollers were being distributed throughout the game for free.
Lil Wayne finally releases his new single with Drake, produced by Boi-1da and Vinylz. I must say, I hope that the rest of Tha Carter V sounds like this single. You’re going to have to listen to this one a few times.
