Justin Bieber is going harder than ever on sizzurp and weed since living in Atlanta … multiple friends involved in his life tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story … Justin has had an alarming problem with sizzurp for well over a year, and he’s been a big fan of weed for a long time. But since moving to Atlanta, we’re told he’s “constantly high” … rarely leaving the house. As one source said, “Drinking more lean, smoking more weed than ever.”

When Justin lived in L.A. he had a schedule set up by people connected to his business. Since moving to Atlanta, he has no schedule and no rules.

Some of the people in Bieber’s life that have confronted him about his drug use have been pushed away since Bieber made his move. And we’re told — one by one — Bieber is removing people he says have “ratted” him out over his drug use.

Justin does spend a fair amount of time in the studio in Atlanta … working on hip hop … but we’re told rarely is he sober during those sessions. And the thing is … that’s part of the rap game.

Here it is … the footage of Justin Bieber in jail last month following his DUI arrest … the same footage Bieber tried to keep out of the public eye … but it may actually HELP him.

The video shows Bieber taking a sobriety test while inside the jail facility — trying to walk a straight line.

Law enforcement sources tell us … this particular clip is their best evidence Bieber was under the influence — because he misses a couple steps — but we gotta be honest … it’s not THAT bad. Watch the video and judge for yourselves.

As we reported, Justin’s lawyers tried to block the release of the footage — after video surfaced of him getting patted down in jail — but the judge told them to pound sand.

In related news, police apparently found some marijuana in Bieber’s Escalade, which was seized from his house in Atlanta earlier in the week:

Atlanta cops found marijuana in the Escalade that was seized at Justin Bieber’s house Tuesday … TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story … cops took possession of the vehicle after they arrested the driver and bodyguard for allegedly stealing a photog’s camera at a fun house Bieber rented for the day.

According to the police report — obtained by TMZ — after the vehicle was towed to police headquarters it was inspected and cops found pot — less than an ounce. They also found 2 large glass smoking pipes with weed residue.

Law enforcement says there wasn’t enough pot to charge anyone with a crime.

As for whose marijuana … according to the police report the driver told cops he had no knowledge of what was in the back of the vehicle — where the pot was found. He added it’s common for him NOT to ask questions.

Justin Bieber’s neighbors — who tried to keep him out of the neighborhood — have to be livid at this point.

Justin Bieber’s new neighbors aren’t exactly rolling out the welcome mat … quite the opposite, there’s a big protest scheduled for Monday morning thrown by residents who fear their kids will get mowed down by the pot-smoking, sizzurp-slurping speed demon.

Residents in the uber-exclusive area of Buckhead — where Bieber is renting a house from rap mogul Dallas Austin. The Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition is asking protesters to show up at 6 AM ET … and it looks like lots of people will be there.

More than 200 people say they’re gong … after signing a petition which reads, “We have worked hard to achieve our goals and get where we are. Justin Bieber’s relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children.”

The petition goes on, “Some can’t even let their child play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence before. What’s to say he won’t do it again?”

And the end is great: “Please don’t allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain.”

Atlanta residents beware — Justin Bieber has been scoping out houses in Atlanta … and one of the mansions he’s eyeing is on BLACKLAND ROAD.

The 7-bedroom 16,000 sq. ft. house is located in the exclusive Buckhead district — where Usher currently lives. Young Jeezy also calls Buckhead home.

It’s listed for $10.95 million.

As we reported, Bieber wants to move to Atlanta to be closer to a thriving hip hop community — and this house is extra special because it meets Bieber’s list of Atlanta real estate criteria. After his Calabasas fiasco, sources tell us, Bieber’s demands include an estate that:

— Can’t be visible from the street (preferably secluded on 5+ acres)
— A minimum of 10,000+ sq. ft.
— Lists for between $4 and $10 mil.

So far, we’re told Bieber has breezed through multiple estates, and he’s looking to buy ASAP.

As we previously reported … Bieber is selling his Calabasas mansion and he’s looking at large, private estates 20 miles from where he currently lives.  Yes, he can afford 2 houses.

FYI — Buckhead is considered the old money part of ATL — so turn down your hearing aids.

UPDATE: He has apparently been released following lenghty-yet-uneventful questioning. TMZ reports:

Justin Bieber’s private jet touched down outside NYC for the Super Bowl — and authorities immediately held him for questioning … because of a strong odor of pot coming from his plane … TMZ has learned.

We’re told … the plane was stopped after it arrived at Teterboro airport in New Jersey. As we told you … Justin, his dad and some friends were traveling there for Super Bowl parties.

Sources tell us law enforcement is holding the plane … because they think there may be marijuana on board. We’re told the plane and the passengers are currently being searched … but so far no pot has been found.

A source close to Bieber tells us, the passengers knew they’d be searched … since they were flying into the U.S. from Canada.

Justin Bieber has been charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly attacking a limousine driver … TMZ has learned.

Justin took a limo in Toronto in December and got into some sort of skirmish. At the time we were told a member of his entourage was being investigated for roughing up the driver.

But the investigation took a turn … We’re told Toronto cops wanted to talk to Justin but he didn’t come in for an interview and they got annoyed. Law enforcement sources say Justin is now in Toronto and in the next hour will go to the police station.

Sources say Justin will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance.

Our sources say … Justin is accused of physically attacking the limo driver … not simply ordering the attack.

Our sources also say 3 other witnesses were interviewed yesterday and at least some of their account incriminated Justin.

In related news, Bieber is now fighting charges relating to his arrest in Miami.

Some Americans want Canadian pop-singer Justin Bieber out of the US so badly that they are getting their government involved. A “Deport Justin Bieber” petition has collected over 100, 000 signatures, meaning the Obama Administration must respond.

The petition, submitted six days ago on the White House’s “We The People” website, now has 118,669 (a total by 21:00 GMT) signatures, and the number keeps growing.

“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” the petition reads.

Non-Beliebers say Canadian pop-singer is “not only threatening the safety” of people in the US “but is also a terrible influence on our nation’s youth.”

The threshold of at least 100,000 signatories triggers a required response from President Obama, though the White House does not give itself a limit to address petitions. So, it may take weeks, months or even years before the Administration gets around to it. Generally, the administration responds to petitions that surpass the threshold within 30 days.

Singer Justin Bieber was arrested early Thursday for drag racing and DUI in Miami Beach, police said.

Bieber was in a rented Lamborghini, police sources told NBC 6 South Florida.

No other details of the arrest were immediately known.

Bieber has been spotted in different places around town the past few days, including a Miami Beach skate shop in a photo posted on Instagram.

The Opa-locka Police Department is also investigating an unauthorized escort of Bieber, a police spokesman said Wednesday.
