Five schools in western Norway have rescheduled their midterm exams to allow students to attend upcoming Justin Bieber concerts in the capital, the country’s Ministry of Education and Research said Wednesday.

The Canadian pop star is scheduled to perform in the Norwegian capital on April 16 and 17 — stoking fears that some students in remote schools will skip midterm exams scheduled to take place at the same time.

Bieber is extremely popular in the Nordic country, where his free concert in Oslo last year resulted in dozens of injuries as teenage girls fought to get better glimpses of the 19-year-old icon.

Putting the words “Justin Bieber” and “prosecuted” is newsworthy enough, in my opinion. Money, fame and being around people that have actually lived an unsheltered life can lead anyone down the wrong path. From TMZ:

Sheriff’s investigators will refer the case to the L.A. County District Attorney for review after the investigation is completed, and the Dept. will recommend that criminal battery charges be filed against the singer.

Officially, the Sheriff’s Dept. will say they have no recommendation yet because the investigation is not complete. However, our sources say a clear picture has already emerged, and not just over the alleged spitting incident.

We’re told members of the Dept. believe it’s relevant Bieber has shown a pattern of disregard for the law, including speeding tickets, fights, threats, reckless driving, drugs and more.

Law enforcement sources say it’s a cookie-cutter situation they’ve seen before — small crimes that escalate over time to serious criminal conduct.

Now the lil twist … whether Justin is prosecuted or not, people in the Sheriff’s Dept. believe he needs professional help to manage his anger and behavior. And they say, it has nothing to do with the fact that he’s famous — anyone going down a “dangerous path” needs serious professional help.

Justin Bieber has decided to pen an open letter to the media from his Instagram, addressing some problems he had with the press as of late. Maybe he could use a couple tokes of that Mary Jane more than we thought:

Everyone in my team has been telling me, “keep the press happy” but I’m tired of all the countless lies in the press right now. Saying I’m going to rehab and how my family is disappointed in me. My family is beyond proud, and nothing’s been said by them, my grandparents wouldn’t know how to reach to press even of they did want to so that was a lie and rehab cmon. if Anyone believes i need rehab thats their own stupidity lol I’m 19 with 5 number one albums, 19 and I’ve seen the whole world. 19 and I’ve accomplished more than I could’ve ever dreamed of, i’m 19 and it must be scary to some people to think that this is just the beginning. I know my talent level and i know i got my head on straight. i know who i am and i know who i’m not My messege is to to believe. My albums could be about anything but my messages have been to never say never and believe, not to believe in me, but to believe in yourself .. I honestly don’t care if you don’t believe in me because I believe in me, and look where that’s gotten me so far..

I’m writing this with a smile on my face and love in my heart. Letting u know first hand how I feel rather than have these story linger. I’m a good person with a big heart. Justin Bieber’s camp has apparently cancelled one of two Portugal concerts due to ‘unforseen circumstances’; he will not be performing there on March 12th in Lisbon, but will still be present there this evening. Word on the street is that the cause was ‘insufficient demand‘.

A source close to Justin tells us the singer felt woozy during the show at the O2 Arena … and with 4 songs to go, he stumbled backstage where he collapsed.

We’re told the singer was pulled into a private room where he was treated with oxygen from emergency personnel.

Sources say Bieber was advised to go to the hospital … but declined … insisting that he “had to finish the show for his fans.”

That’s when Bieber’s rep, Scooter Braun, went on stage on told the crowd … “Justin’s got very light breath. The whole show he’s been complaining, He’s backstage with the EMTs and the doctor.”

A short time later, JB returned to the stage … completed the show … and got a HUGE ovation.

Justin was transported to the hospital directly following the show … and we’re told he’s still there receiving treatment.

At 8PM, Justin Bieber is going to talk to his fans, and quite possibly turn a like of pre-teen girls away from the Grammys….simply because he can. Check it out above.
