New (to us) D.C. artist El Cousteau connects with Lightshow in his new visual for “Make Me Sick,” taken from Cousteau California (stream below).
UPDATE: So…we had things missing and out of order. The first drop was from Lightshow with “Bad Bizness” (which we added) before he added “Lu Lu Demon” to YTWC7. In addition, Lulu P hit hard with another track titled “Bitin”, which was added as well. Shoutout to Lulu P for the correction.
We love it: when it comes to Hip-Hop and rap battles, D.C. can hold it’s own just as well as any other city. Case in point: were not sure to struck first, but on Lightshow’s new mixtape YTWC7 is a track titled “Lu Lu Demon”, which he added to the project after its release and goes at District veteran Lulu P (formerly Iceberg Lo). Needless to say, the gloves are off. Check out all the heat (and social media responses) below.
Well ya know, I like the enthusiasm & response time, shit made me chuckle, idk, might drown him might let him live https://t.co/G5Gzhd6m18
