Rick Ross Arrested For Kidnapping, Assault

rick-ross-2014

U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force confirmed to Billboard that Rick Ross was arrested at his Fayette County, GA, residence around 6:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, June 24. They could not provide details on the charges at press time [NOTE: many are saying that Ross pistol whipping a contractor that was working on his home]. The Fugitive Task Force serves other law enforcement agencies in support of fugitive investigations.

Rapper Rick Ross is facing kidnapping and assault charges after a U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force and deputies arrested him at his mansion outside Atlanta.

Jim Joyner, a supervisor with the Marshals’ Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, tells The Associated Press that Ross and a man described as his bodyguard were taken into custody Wednesday morning in Fayette County.

Joyner said Ross – whose real name is William Roberts – was being held in the Fayette County jail on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. The bodyguard, whose name wasn’t released, faces the same charges.

Joyner said details of the charges would have to come from Fayette County authorities, who weren’t immediately available early Wednesday. It wasn’t known early Wednesday whether Ross has an attorney in the case.

Rick Ross Arrested For Marijuana In GA

In Georgia, apparently, people still get arrested for marijuana (as with many other places), which in itself is the possibly the dumbest s*** still happening in America. From TMZ:

Rick Ross was just busted in his Bentley which apparently reeked of marijuana.

Ross was rolling along in Fayette County, GA when cops pulled him over for tinted windows. Cops say when they got close to Ross’ car they smelled pot, and that gave them the right to search the fancy ride.

Cops tell us the search was fruitful, producing five “marijuana cigarettes” — enough to hook up Ricky Rozay and take him to the pokey.

This is Ross’ second pot arrest. So far, no comment from the Bawse.

Rick Ross – Phone Tap/Dog Food

Rick Ross takes off to Geneva for the cinematic “Phone Tap” video. Rozay also leaks a record with Lex Luger that wasn’t on the Hood Billionaire album. “Dog Food” sounds like it was made back during Lex’s 2011 takeover. Say what you want about the MMG head but he consistently puts out the music his audience wants, and they play it all the time. Ross is up there with Gucci and Juicy J for most frequently heard blasting out of cars in the hood.
