Kanye West made a surprise unannounced appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon yesterday to perform his new single, “Bound 2″ with Charlie Wilson backed by The Roots. Kanye plans to hits the road with Kendrick Lamar for the Yeezus Tour in November. Kanye also threw a shot a Ray J in the beginning.
I damn near forgot about this God-level collaboration….Wise Up Ghost is due September 17th, but NPR already has the album for your streaming pleasure. Head here to get to the action.

After announcing the collaborative LP in January, The Roots and Rock singer-songwriter Elvis Costello have revealed their release date of September 7th for the project Wise Up Ghost. The band is also planning to release their own solo effort, & Then You Shoot Your Cousin, this year.
