Earlier today, Young Dro announced via his Twitter account, he no longer going by Young Dro and he’s now going by 3Krazy. He didn’t explain the significance behind the alias, but he had say:

PSA NO Longer am I the artist “young dro” I’m officially #3krazy you can call me three u can call me krazy anything but young dro. 3krazy music group is official and I own it so any talent that wana work foreal and u serious about music join 3krazy music group.

We gone start from the bottom to the top WORK and u don’t like it get in da box ima Rap circles around u wi da flow. Every thing 3krazy over here I gota model team #3krazy merch t shirts hoodies all dat build my empire in y’all face. I’m scouting for 3krazy chics it don’t matter wat u look like pretty skinny fat fine I got shirt for ya.

Remember when he was a dope emcee? I sure hope he goes back to the essence with any new projects in the future. Anyway, from TMZ:

As TMZ first reported, Dro was sued earlier this year in and Atlanta court after he defaulted on payments for his 2007 Maserati Quattroporte Sport. The leasing company behind the suit repo’d the car and claimed the rapper still owed them $61,220.37.

A default judgment was entered at the end of October in the company’s favor because Dro dropped the ball and failed to respond to the suit after he was served.

The rapper was ordered to cough up the full amount plus attorney’s fees. Grand total = $67,613.12.

Daaaaaaaaamn. Obviously, I would like to get Young Dro’s side on the matter (also: he probably still has way more money than me), but it definitely isn’t a good look at the end of the day. From TMZ:

Young Dro once rapped that he’s “the kinda person that gonna drive a Maserati” — but that just ain’t true anymore … because he just had his repossessed … TMZ has learned.
