Alabama Mayor Speaks On Watch The Throne

Before Jay-z & Kanye West kicks off their tour in Atlanta on October 28th, they plan to rehearse in Birmingham, Alabama. Mayor William Bell compared it to the Jacksons’ “Victory” rehearsals 27 years ago.
