After months of intense promotion, the underwater alien action board game flick Battleship finally hits screens Friday. The promotion is not done just yet though. Jay-Z’s Rocawear brand announced yesterday they are partnering with Hasbro on a limited edition clothing collection inspired by the film.
Infused with Battleship images, the designs otherwise fall in line with other streetwear looks we’ve come to expect from the clothing label. The T-shirts, which will retail for $28 to $39.50, feature sample prints that read “Show Me What You Got,” “99 Problems (But My Ship Ain’t One, Hit Me!”), and a “Bring ‘Em Out” brag. There are also military fatigue-themed jackets for $79.50, denim for $69.50, and polo shirts for men and women for $59.50. The line hits Macy’s stores nationwide this month.
