There looks to be no major changes due to the move. From Music Week:
7digital will host the service from 23th October which can be accessed through www.hmvdigital.com or by clicking the relevant tab within the hmv.com online store, which will now redirect to the new co-branded 7digital/HMV web store at 7digital.com/hmv.
All previous benefits will remain and existing purchased music will continue to be available for download from a user’s personal cloud locker, powered by 7digital.
