The next big animated film is here; created by the same folks at the equally-celebrity filled Ice Age series, Epic will feature the voices of King Bey & Pitbull, along with Colin Farrell, Steven Tyler and Aziz Ansari. Beyonce spoke on getting the lead role in the film, which premiered May 24th:
“I’ve always imagined being in an animated film. I’ve always wanted to be a queen…Queen Tara is very important in Epic. She’s preserved the beauty of her natural world and the safety of her people.”
