A pretty nicely remodeled apartment that was once the home of a kid Christopher Wallace is asking for a selling price of over 700 grand, boasting hardwood floors, granite countertops and everything that would sound great for a city space in Brooklyn. The listing agent — Judith Lief — spoke on the sale:

“The tour buses that come by regularly are enough…I don’t really know yet what impact, if any, [Biggie’s looming presence] will have on the sale. I think it’ll be notable, but I don’t know if novelty translates to a purchase.”
