Tesla Boy (@TeslaBoySound) – Undetected (Video); Upcoming Tour Dates

Courtesy of LIFE+TIMES:

Russian electronica band, Tesla Boy, recently released their sophomore album, The Universe Made of Darkness. The recipe behind the trio’s music is simple – R&B hooks combined with the luster of EDM’s synthy sounds. Here is the exclusive video premiere of Tesla Boy’s latest single, “Undetected.”

The creative mind behind the video’s cartoon effects is acclaimed UK based animator, Noriko Okaku.

This one deserves a late pass because the visual premiered last month; in addition to the above clip, the band has released a remix EP and is going on tour.

Following the announcement of a 20-date North and South American tour, Tesla Boy shares their four track Undetected Remix EP today with inthemix. The original single “Undetected” comes from the band’s sophomore album, The Universe Made of Darkness, and is accompanied by three brand new remixes. Check out London house music maestro Shur-i-kan and Russia’s Lipelis take on “Undetected”, along with a new remix for “1991” by Pioneerball, Tesla Boy’s very own guitarist.

Look out for the full track and a video to ‘Horror Show 2’ which will be on D Powers forthcoming release ‘Progress 2’ and probably on one of Chronik’s forthcoming mixtape’s either ‘Rise Of The Lengman’ or ‘New Face Of Terror’.

Look out for G Mans forthcoming release ‘The Truth’ and Riko Dan’s forthcoming release ‘Rise Of The Farda’ both of which will be out soon.

Turning Points: Ab-Soul

At this point, we’re almost as close to the Budweiser Made in America Festival as Jay-Z and Beyonce are to each other. Keep your anticipation in check with the latest installment of our Made Me series, wherein we’ve teamed up with Budweiser to take you deep into the backstories of the festival’s most exciting artists. In this installment, Top Dawg Entertainment stunner Ab-Soul takes us on an intimate ride through his old neighborhood, stopping at the record store where he spent more time than he did at home—”a very monumental spot.”
